The triple room was comfortable but a bit small. We only stayed 1 night so it was okay for us. The 3rd bed had a gap down the side and no headboard so the pillow and blanket fell off a lot which was a bit annoying.

The location was great for us, very close to the central station and Tivoli Gardens. Breakfast was great, lots of variety! We liked the bag storage and the lobby area was comfortable and relaxing.

Liked very much. Only issues were shower was a bit broken and no shampoo in room. Very minor points!!

Early check in available as room was ready - but had to pay extra. Staff in reception ok but seemed disinterested beyond basic check in. Restaurant staff are beyond hopeless. Hid behind the bar socialising and eating while tables piled with plates. They need training in customer service -

It was a fine basic hotel, good value for money, and everything worked but felt like it was a bit ‘industrial’… Two single duvets on a double bed???

Near the meat packing district and CPH Central Station so good location, although feels like a bit of young persons area at weekends. It’s really a nice hotel attached to a Sport & Leisure centre.

I pay for stay at the hotel and they don't store your luggage ( with out pay) , I had to make an additional payment as well as the use of the pool. This is the first time this has happened to me in my experience staying at a hotel where the stay doesn't allow you to use the pool and additional payment and the same goes for luggage. It doesn't make sense. I'm not sure I'd go back to this place.

Bathrooms could be somewhat cleaner, but that's a minor detail.

THe location of the hotel is amazing, it's a short walk to the main train station and to the city center. Hotel offers tasty breakfast, free coffee, and the whole place is very cozy and welcoming. This was our second stay at the CPH Hotel, and once again, they didn't disappoint. We'll stay here also next time, if possible :)

Room was overlooking the railway lines and noisy trains from 5am Breakfast was good but limited and same every day.

Friendly reception staff and airy modern hotel. Bright large room and bathroom. Convenient for the station . Decent value for an expensive city.

We didn't like that there was a kettle in the room, but no tea or coffee, that seemed pointless. We didn't like that things weren't fixed to the wall, there are many hanging things, including the headboards! We also didn't like the strange mattress toppers and the fact the sheet didn't fit properly.

Liked the lobby with drinks machine, comfortable sofas and games. We also liked being out of the main city centre, it seemed peaceful when we returned each time.

Excellent location for all main tourist sites. Easy to get to and from the airport via public transport (train and metro). Excellent facilities in the hotel. Lovely breakfast and added bonus of coffee machine in the reception area. Staff really friendly and helpful

The pillows were to small and seemed to be of a poor quality. It was like sleeping on nothing, we had to roll the pillow up really tight to get any support which hindered my sleep a lot . I was so tired after my rips away .

The rooms are nice, but slightly sparsley furnished.

Excellently located at walking distance from a lot of restaurants and the centre pf Copenhagen. The hotels is located next to a large pool facility which could be accessed quite at a low cost - a proper bonus. The lobby is very nice, with a laid back vibe to it. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

The rooms could’ve been a bit cosier and would have been nice to have had the pool open in the evening when there may also have been less families using it.

Only the temperature in the room wasn't warm enough for us. But it might be OK for others. 🙂

Great breakfast and location. The Christmas decoration in the hotel was really good and made us feel festive.
