Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

BulgariaThe hotel is very basic. It is very far from the pre-tested category. The staff at the reception is extremely rude - they do not pay attention to customers for 10 minutes, although the latter are standing in front of the reception and waiting for answers to their questions. At night, there are apparently no receptionists, but guards who do not know how to be useful to people at all. The luggage storage room has an additional charge, and they do not warn that you must explicitly cancel your registration when you pick up your luggage. It doesn't clean very well. It is very noisy from the proximity of the railway station.
Room size was good. The breakfast was also delicious. the hotel is close to the railway station. They offer tea and espresso as a compliment to guests.

United KingdomThe air conditioning was quite noisy and not adjustable, the room was too hot in the night. Access to the pool and fitness center is not included in the price, which is not clear during the booking process.
The location was really convenient for me, the breakfast was good and the adjacent fitness centre is nice. The complimentary tea and coffee was a nice touch. The checkout time is at 12.

United KingdomI appreciate the hotel is eco friendly but we would have liked our beds made every day. Also not a fan of paper cups for drinks in he room.
Excellent choice at breakfast, only downside was no teabags you have to make your own with a little drawstring pouch and loose tea. The Danish do not appear to be a tea drinking nation, most cafes sold coffee or hot chocolate. The room was spacious and the location is approx 5 mins walk from railway station. Once you become familiar with the city centre there are lots of shortcuts.

United Statesroom was oddly designed. I am small and the sink was uncomfortably high. I am not sure who designs the bathrooms in non American hotels but they could use some help.
breakfast was great, nice big room with lots of options across patio from hotel, but easy walk. It was almost like a sports complex which was great for us. Really large swimming pool and diving pool, 3 padel courts that stayed lit until 10 p.m. they were almost always full, although we had no plans to play, it was fun to watch. Workout room decent and there were also strength machines outside in front of the hotel and someone person was instructing exercise classes in the front large patio area, not sure how one signed up for them, but there was something going on every day. Also, a very nice coffee machine offering lattes, cappuccinnos, etc. in lobby that was available all the time. Lots of games in lobby which was nice size with plenty of seating, darts, foozball and pingpong in entry

United KingdomThe rooms are small, basic, not very comfy and somewhat worn. The proximity to the train station means you can hear the trains through the night which may bother some people. There is no water available in your room or at the lobby unless you purchase it. The hotel does not really have a pool or gym. These are at a public leisure centre which is attached to the hotel and you have to pay for. We had our flight moved to early morning so had to miss breakfast on our last day. I requested a take away bag as most hotels would provide this. They refused. This was very disappointing since we had paid for it in the price and it wouldn't have been too difficult to give us a bit of fruit and a couple of pastries to take with us before the resteraunt opened
The location is very close to central train station and Tivoli Gardens. The surrounding areas have lots of resteraunts, bars and shops. The metro system allows easy access to other areas such as nyvan. The staff are helpful and friendly and there is a nice lobby with free hot drinks and board games to play. Outside there are some outdoor gym apparatus you can use on a small green. Breakfast was good and varied.
