Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomI didn’t like the bed. The sheets are tucked around a mattress topper and not into the mattress so don’t stay on the bed during the night. The iron is awful. They need to be replaced.
The location was excellent. Very short 4/5 minute walk from the central station and everything we needed Excellent hairdryer and lots of mirror spaces - great for two women getting ready!

ThailandBreakfast is good but less variety to choose and same menu for everyday.
Great location not too far from main station and almost flat pathway along the way to the hotel. Friendly staffs and good mini bar for a warm drink while waiting for the check in. They have a luggage to serve for us who arrive before check in time without charge. The room is clean and lovely, it is big enough for 3people as us and still have more space to open 3 luggage at the same time. The bed is comfy yet a bit soft but still good.

CanadaThe staff was a highlight! They were friendly and eager to share recommendations for places to visit and things to do. We felt very welcome right away. The location is also excellent. We felt safe to walk around at night, and we were near the attractions we wanted to see, also less than 10min walk to the train station (which is a direct line to the airport). The breakfast was delicious too. It was buffet style in a warm environment. What a nice way to start the day!

NetherlandsIt was hot in the room in the afternoon because the sun is right on the big windows. Having some screens to protect from the sun would be a good idea (also to reduce the use of airco, so be more planet friendly)
The location is good (close to train and metro). The hotel is clean and well maintain, the staff is friendly and willing to support when needed. The room are nice (3rd floor) with a balcony

AustraliaSome bathroom repair to tiles needed, and wear and tear marks, shelf ( stained) and having extra towel hanging rails would improve it.The room had no refrigerator and only coffee but tea was available if you had it downstairs. A couple of used paper cups on the desk!
Great breakfast! Location, staff were very helpful, it had an iron and ironing board, room a good size and big windows. Bed, sheets are very nice. Access to pool great but we had no time for that.

NorwayNot ideal room options for travelling with a baby.
Clean, well-equipped room; friendly staff; good breakfast. There is a nice lobby to hang out in with a coffee/tea. The location is great for being close to the central station. Staying at the hotel gives access to a swimming hall in the same building, with pools for exercise swimming, playing, baby swimming.

GreeceWe stayed as a family of four for one night. The area is good and very close to Tivoli Park. If you don't plan to use the metro or a bike, and only walk it's not the most central, if you have many days will be ok. The only two negative points were the following. One is that it is very close to the train station, resulting in hearing trains all day. For those with sleep issues, this is a problem. However, what ruined our experience 100% was the bad smell in the bathroom. There must be a problem with the sewage system, and you couldn't leave the door open or stay in the bathroom for long. If I had stayed more days, I would have requested a room change or a refund. I believe that cleanliness is the basic element that makes accommodation worthwhile.
The hotel has a large surrounding area where you can sit, especially in the summer when it's not cold. The breakfast room is large, very nicely designed, and the breakfast is well-organized. There are a few items, but they are of good quality. At the reception, there is free tea and coffee. The pool room makes a significant difference if you will use it! The room was very spacious and large, and beautifully designed. However, the overall aesthetic is urban and not at all hygge. I really liked the detail in all the windows. They have placed cushions so you can sit and read a book and feel out of place.

United KingdomEasy access from the station, well equipped room and helpful staff. Room was overlooking the sports paddel court not train lines and our room was quiet. Only one night stay so we did not use any of the sports facilities or lounge area but they looked good. Good choice at breakfast buffet. All the staff we met were friendly and check in check out was easy.
