The beds are soft and uncomfortable and the pillows are very small.

The location is great, very close to the central train station and a walking distance from the city centre. Free hot drinks in the reception area and the breakfast is good.

Quite noisy as opposite the very busy railway station. Room could have been cleaner, especially the floor.

The location is very convenient, a walking distance to the Rathaus square, close to a metro station and the central station. The breakfast was fresh, the staff very welcoming 😀 Room was very clean and big enough for three people.

There was a kettle in the room but no tea/coffee etc, however sachets were easily obtainable from the seating area in the lobby. The pool complex (free use for hotel guests) was great, but be prepared for the 'refreshing' temperature of the pool water!

Location is ideal for station and rail transfer from the airport. All staff were friendly and super helpful. Relaxed seating area near reception where you can spend time and get free hot drinks. Breakfast is excellent.

Bed could be more comfortable, as its only a mattress topper on a sofabed (at least it looks like that).

The room was bigger than expected. The location is super as you have all the conecting transport close by. Nice add on is that you can use the pool free of charge. An absolut Highlight was the breakfast buffet 🤩

minor things: shampoo made my hair weird, scrambled eggs were not good, the double bed is not one big bed but two single beds next to each other.

great location, you can walk everywhere, even though it's close to main train station we were not bothered by the trains, it was quiet at night; reception 24/7, kind and attentive; access to pool and bowling was great, although there's so much to do in the city it's not easy to use these options; nice modern bathroom (water pressure was fine in our room), comfortable room, decent breakfast (the same every day), very enjoyable stay for our needs.

One little bedtable would be nice to have in the room.

The location is near the train station but in a quiet area at the same time. I enjoyed the seating area at the lobby with some board games, some rich breakfast and the big oval pool. Bring your swimsuit.

Due to the location, there is noise from the trains all day long. In addition, the bed was not comfortable and the bathroom was not very clean. We liked the breakfast but we would prefer to have more options.

The location is great! The hotel is very close to the central station and very easily accessible. The hotel offers free coffee and board games in the reception. The staff is quite willing to help you.

Pillows were quite small squares and a bit lumpy - made it work by the second night but not the best. Water pressure in the shower was very low. Just about ok for a quick wash but used the shower at the pool to wash hair instead.

Location very convenient for arriving into the Central Station. Design and style of the hotel was great and nice lounge space in lobby. Breakfast was good. Nice to have swimming pool available too. Room was spacious enough for two and had nice design features. Could hardly hear trains from our room.

Room was fairly basic just a rack to hang clothes.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Lounge in reception with free tea and coffee was good. Access to large swimming pool and other sports complex. Location was good for exploring the city. Good WiFi.
