Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Fabulous location beside train station and near meat packets trendy district. It is not a glamorous, destination hotel but is really comfortable and well run.The pool and gym(municipal but attached) are a great bonus.

DenmarkThe room was very bare. Hardwood floors, nothing on the white walls, a small leather chair and a white (seemingly very flat) bed makes the room look empty. On top of that the lighting is poor.
Plenty of parking. Close to central station. Lobby area is nice and welcoming.

United KingdomRoom was very warm but aircon was so noisy that I couldn't sleep with it on. I had to choose between it being hot or quiet!
Lovely room in a great location which was walking distance from the centre and very close to a metro station Free coffee in Reception as well as games and books.

CroatiaNice lobby with great board games that you can play with your kids during your stay. It is really nice place where we spend time after long walks when we need to rest a little but still have quality time with our kids. There is a coffee/tea/warm chocolate machine that is on your disposal. Room are small but comfortable. I think that hotel is great for family trip as Tivoli is literally 5 minutes walk from hotel, city centre is aslo at the walking distance, and train station too. Breakfast was also nice. We enjoyed our stay here ;)

SwedenThe room needs a slight refreshment: the colour on the walls is scratched in some places (but that is such a mini thing).
The location, staff, pool were excellent! The staff is very helpful and polite, checked us in earlier because our room was already ready. The access to the pool is free and unlimited (which is a pure joy). Location is great, just a little walk behind the central station. The breakfast was pleasant and just enough. Loved that the room had a separate child bed which is hidden (like a closet) on the wall and can be used if needed. Facilities were very clean. The room has electric water cooker, iron, ironing desk and a safe. The check in area has comfy couches, great choice of board games, free tea and coffee and guests can even buy wine/beer/soft drinks and snacks there. I would definitely go back to this hotel!

SwedenThe were some insects that we have seen. Also the pillows could have been better. The water pressure in the bathroom could can also be improved as it was a little weak. maybe some more food choices in the snack bar will be better.
The location was great. The hotel was great as well especially it has a pool and other sports activities like table tennis and other sport. the breakfast was also great as well as the staff in the front desk. it was also great that there were a lot of board games to choose from in the reception area.

NetherlandsThe pool next to the hotel was a bit disappointing as it was on the colder side. While we were hoping for a warm and relaxing swim, the chilly water made it less enjoyable, especially if we were looking for a comfortable dip. It would have been much better if the pool had been heated to provide a more pleasant experience. There are heated kids pools which are shallow and incredibly crowded, which limited our enjoyment. Also, unfortunately the hotel does not offer late check-outs
The staff at the hotel was great. Their friendly and helpful attitude truly stood out and made a positive impression. The rooms, while basic, were clean and well-maintained. One of the standout features of this hotel was the free bowling. It was a fantastic amenity that provided entertainment when the weather was poor. Access to the pool was convenient. We rented bicycles. They have one available with a child-seat but also a cargo-bike which lets you transport kids easily. In summary, our experience at this hotel was positive, with a standout staff, clean rooms, and fun amenities like free bowling and pool access. It provided us with everything we needed for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

United KingdomThere wasn't really anything I didn't like
I liked the room and the beds, they were really comfortable. I thought the distance to the train station was great for getting to the hotel on the first day and to the airport on the final day, I also thought that the area around the hotel and especcially the meat packing district were great and had a great atmosphere

United KingdomThe property is about 10 mins from the train station, which isn’t far. But with little kids it feels it’s a little out of the way from shops to run to to get them snacks. It’s not far, but with a 2 year old it feels it. The breakfast options weren’t great for kids and pretty limited and basic. Family rooms are tight space wise, not a lot of room for bags.
Property staff were amazing, the lobby having lots of games and activities for kids was really great. The pool is amazing for kids too.

United KingdomSome tea/coffee in the room would be good, not sure why there was a kettle and cups but nothing else! Shower could have been hotter sometimes.
We had a nice spacious room and bathroom, the beds were all comfortable and the hairdryer provided was good. Breakfast was excellent and great value. Location is really good, right next to the station.

FinlandThe advertised swimming pool was in fact a communal swimming hall that was only open 9-17 Fri-Su. I would have loved to go there after a day in town, but due to these limited opening hours that was impossible. The decoration was not very cosy, the bathroom was cold and breakfast was served in a separate building that one had to walk to outside.
Ok price for Copenhagen. Good, quiet location next to Central Railway Station and Tivoli.
