Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Not much else around but one Burger King. Quite noisy from the passing trains. Very basic room, no tea/coffee.
Location for Copenhagen Arena was perfect as that was the reason for our trip. Good location for train into the city for sightseeing.

The only thing was that at night, it was a little bit cold in the room, and one blaperfect locationnket wasn't enough to feel comfortable.
It's a great hotel and a perfect location if you need to go to Royal Arena. Comfy beds!

Breakfast didn't include much fresh veggies/fruits/berries and unfortunately had lot of processed food.
Next to Royal Arena what was important to us. Simple, clean, had everything what was needed.

The amenities are very very basic. All in one shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap. I had my own, but I would recommend bringing your own and not relying on the ones provided. The hotel had recently undergone a name change and was having a mini identity crisis, old branding was still visible in the lobby and the old and new names were on Google maps. The key card sleeve was then an entirely different name. Slightly confusing.
Location was outstanding for a concert at the nearby Royal arena. A 10 minute walk to the train lines which take you to town (approx 20 minutes) or the the airport (approx 15 minutes). No need for taxis or ubers. The room was clean and quiet, no traffic noise even from people leaving the concert. The staff were welcoming and accommodating of a late Check in and had Ateez music videos playing which guests appreciated. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well for two nights. I would definitely again if I go to another concert at the arena.

Nothing. Suited great for our needs.
Location just around the corner of Royal arena. Huge shopping center in 5 min walking distance. Easy accessable city center by metro. Room is not big, but have everything.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. What they hade was good but they did not have a big variety of things and no fresh fruits.

Some guests were a little too loud.
Breakfast was fine, could have used a little more options but otherwise fine. Location was fine, 5 minute walk from the metro station, so you could go wherever you needed to go quite easily.

There is no much life on the surroundings

There was no free to view TV options.
The hotel was convenient for our purposes, providing quick connection back to the CPH airport and into the Copenhagen Central Station. This was one of the main reasons for choosing the hotel, we also appreciated the friendly staff, comfortable bed and the level of sound proofing provided by the room.

We visited this hotel to go to a concert in Copenhagen. The location was excellent. There was a shopping center nearby where we had a great meal. The hotel itself was very tidy and completely sufficient for our stay. There was enough choice at breakfast so there was really something for everyone. I can only say positive things about the staff. In our case a definite recommendation.

The beds and the pillows are very small.
We visited Copenhagen for a concert. The Hotel is basically right next to the Royal Arena. We loved that! There is also a great shopping Center nearby (called Field's). The Metro is close by! You only need about 15 to 20 minutes to the City Center. Very nice and helpful staff.

We had a late-arriving flight and chose to stay here overnight before getting a rental car and moving on to a different part of the country. This hotel was just fine for that. If you're coming to Copenhagen for an extended tourist stay, you'll probably want to stay somewhere more central, though.
The hotel is close to the airport and easily accessible by public transportation. Despite its closeness to the motorway, it was completely quiet. Our room was of modest size, but clean and comfortable for a short stay. The breakfast was decent.
