As a coffee lover, I consider the espresso served at the bar as rather untasteful.

The location of the hotel is convenient. Although it is not in the city center, it has a metro and another train station very close to it.

It is expensive for the kind of hotel it is.

The breakfast was good and there were several options to choose from on the buffet. It was also kind that the staff found me extra pillows when I told them I have breathing issues at night and need greater elevation.

Very slow service at bar - and rather expensive.

Great for a stay in combination with a concert at the Royal Arena - literally round the corner. Nice rooms with a good size, good bathroom, comfortable bed.

The wifi really is not very good. In the daytime it just about works but in the evening (presumably when others are logged in) it barely functions at all. I had to use my phone as a hotspot.

This is a good hotel in most ways: comfortable room, helpful staff, very nice breakfast, walking distance to train and metro. Slightly longish walk to the Bella Center, but doable.

There is not much to choose regarding the breakfast. The area is really new, so there is not much to do or see. I think it's a bit overpriced, especially the breakfast.

The comfort level of the bed. The soundproof rooms. The doors that need closing with a keycard, this way you cannot close it really hard and wake up the neighbours, what a blessing. The location is perfect if you're attending a concert at the Royal Arena, since it's a 3 min. walk.

Lack of good food options nearby. Stony path and construction at the front of the property. I didn't interact with a single human while there. There seemed to be little preventing people without rooms to roam the accommodation

Proximity to the venue of the gig, and to transport links into Copenhagen and to the airport. Room was a great size and very comfortable

Excellent stay. Room was clean and quiet. Area was fantastic for walling to Royal. Arena. Mall walking distance, Burger King next door and public transportation a short walk away

My two nights in the hotel was verry pleasant. Room was clean and had all the necessities exept a mini fridge, but it wast that much of an issue for me. Breakfast was nice and everything was verry good specially pancakes. Staff was amazing and they ordered a taxi for me to the airport. Location wise the hotel is a about 10 metro ride a way from the central city and max 5 min walk away from a shopping center and the royal arena. It's also easy to get there by train. Overall i will definitely be visiting this hotel again in the future.

A large hotel like this offering only 25 parkingspots is a joke and can only considered to have marketing value for being able to advertise "hotel with car parking". Ended up needing to park in an expensive parking lot outside. Problems in reading reservation details from Booking.com. The reception did not see my reservation being with breakfast.

The breakfast is so poor. Considering breakfast is not in the hotel price in general and that we paid like 70€ for two nights with breakfast that includes sandwich, cereals and dry pancakes with only syrup as a side. No sure we would stay at this hotel again. But NOT eating breakfast. Espresso house some meters are way cheaper for us and have more to choose from. If you want to take crazy prices for a breakfast, make it a great one with lots of different stuff and bacon. Bacon is always a must.

The hotel is basically beside the arena for the concert we came to Denmark for. The staff played the groups concert songs when we came back after the concert and they were all nice. The rooms were clean and just like it should be.

The heater didn't seem to work

Checked in on the 20th ,was having issues with my debit card . Lady still checked us in because it was late and said we're going to deal with it the next day . Don't remember her name but greatly appreciated it

There was no plug socket by the mirror in our room is the only real complaint about the room at the hotel. Ended up doing hair with phone camera by the desk. No other issues with the hotel! Otherwise just a warning as we were confused, the fire drill goes on for approx 30mins (unlike most UK places where it goes off for 30secs-1min ish) as we started to worry we actually had to evacuate (especially as there was a tannoy with the alarm saying please evacuate 😂😂) however it was communicated over tannoy and signs round the hotel that this would be happening. Not a complaint about the hotel just a warning

The room was absolutely lovely. Perfect for my grandma who I went with who has significant mobility issues. Spacious room nice and modern and well decorated. Quick fast reliable wifi. Every single staff member that I met was very friendly, spoke excellent, fluent English and helped us with any queries both with the hotel and Copenhagen city. We arrived early to ditch bags and staff allowed us to check in early which really helped. Felt very welcomed. Would 100% go back. Tube station was about a 5min walk with wheelchair user away from the hotel (slight gentle slope) and takes you directly into centre or other routes. Easily accessible by train too straight from Copenhagen station!

Would’ve been nice if there was a kettle and a fridge in the room, but the bar at the lobby was open till late so that wasn’t bad!

I stayed at the Zleep Hotel because I went to see a concert at the Royal Arena and it was so comfortable going back to the hotel since it was very close!

No basic amenities in room, not even a kettle which is very common even in basic hotels. Very very small rooms as well, didn't have enough space for both suitcases even. VERY overpriced and when the cleaners came to "clean" the room all they did was stuff anything that was on the bed under the pillows and fold duvet, no actual cleaning involved very poor service. Also doors have no locks which is very bad red flag

Nothing, never had any issues here!

This is my second stay here and when I return to Copenhagen I’ll definitely stay again! It’s in a perfect location that’s easy to get to/from important areas like the airport and Nyhavn. It’s also only a 5 minute walk from the arena which is perfect if you’re going to a show. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Reception is always available, staff are always friendly and helpful.
