There's no kettle or glasses / tea or coffee at all in the room, it's not expensive to provide. Also, storing the luggage after checkout is not free, the price is 40 DKK per bag, per 24hrs.

The location is the best for someone who arrive or need to leave by train, as it's close to central station. Very short walk to the metro as well, so great for exploring the city. I actually got my room downgraded due to some issue with the room, but they compensated with free breakfast so it's OK. The room is small but clean and nice design. Bed is comfortable. The staffs are nice and helpful.

The bathroom finishes before starting, the shower is pathetic in pressure, will take ages to shower if you don’t freeze. Not sure how Marriott bonvoy took it !

Travelled with my wife and youngest child the room was small for 3 people with limited cupboards and hanging space for clothing.

Hotel was clean and staff very friendly. Beds comfortable and clean.

The price. Guess it’s normal for Copenhagen, but for almost 200 Euro a night I would expect a little more comfort. At least a small fridge in the room.

Room was on the first floor, facing the street, which meant quite some noise from the street at night (lots of traffic on the street as this is a main street to get to the city, and party people on the street as well as it was thursday night.

Location right behind the Central Station was chosen on purpose, so facilitate easy access to the train to the airport. The place is 5 mins walk from the station. Room is small, clean and comfortable.

The room was very basic. The bathroom was even smaller and fully a wet area. There was no kettle or fridge or facility for a coffee in the room. The lift was very slow and that was mentioned very humorsly. Compared to the facilities the price was very high. Early check in was requested but was not available. Although there was storage facility, it was full. But the staff were kind enough to let us keep it out site at our own risk.

It is cozy hotel located very close to the main attractions in the city. The hotel is also close to the Central station and walking distance to the Tivoli gardens and very accessible to many sight seeing tours. The Hôtel is very clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly.

The room was comfortable, but the shower was more of a wet room. Made it difficult to get dressed in bathroom while sharing with family. No laundry facilities.

The room is quite basic. In case you need a kettle or ear plugs one can just ask at the front desk and it would be given but still it feels as if something is missing. Also, the place is quite noisy. There’s noise coming from the street outside and also from other guests closing their doors not considering others sleeping.

The place is very close to the central station and Copenhagen city is within a walking distance. Both the hotel and the room possess all necessary facilities for a short stay. Plus it’s is well maintained and quite clean.

For a hotel for that price, to pay for the luggage to be stored for some hours in a locker, I find unacceptable. Bathroom by far too small. And replace at least the shower curtain by a fixed curtain. It is Nordic standard if you want to save, but for people outside of the Nordics it simply does not make sense and looks cheap.

We were allowed to check in 30min earlier than check in time. Beds are very comfortable.

There is a very bad smell on every floor I visited. We were supposed to be in a room on the fifth floor and rhat smelled like a car repairshop. Oil and tar smell.

Bed and pillows were not the comfiest but for a couple nights it was bearable. Not a lot of storage space, so ended up just having bags/clothes all over the bit, same with bathroom, nowhere to hang wet/used towels to dry so ended up being flung over the door/ chairs.

Very central location, staff were lovely and there round the clock and always happy to help.
