Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaNo reception and bar staff ignored us as we checked in and out. There was no air-conditioning but able to open the windows which meant we were woken by street noises overnight.
Location excellent. Room was fresh and clean.

ChinaIs not that quiet. Near the street so late in midnight the young people made a lot of noise that impacting our sleep. And early in 7AM our neighbor room is either checked in our checked out and it’s too near our room with a very thin wall. Other than that I feel overall it’s very good.
Location is very good, just 3 min walking distance to the central station. Room is big in size, although we need a sofa bed for the boy so it’s looked a little crowded.

United StatesThere were a number of strip clubs a couple of blocks from the hotel.
only 2 blocks from the Central Train Station and the Metro Station. The area felt well-traveled and safe. A Thai food restaurant between the train station and Hotel was awesome! Most of the Hotels closest to Zleep seemed to be filled with families, couples, and elderly tourists just like it was at Zleep. The staff was very helpful. Shout out to Sara at the reception desk!

United KingdomLift is quite slow but stairs weren't too bad. Bathroom had a bit of a sewer smell which wasn't very pleasant. Bathroom very small, had to put towel on the floor after a shower otherwise using the toilet meant wet feet. Location although close to station was a bit loud in the evenings with a few sketchy people but they didn't bother us
Room was a good size for 4 people. Check in was quick. Had a fan in the room which was nice in the heat. Windows opened so was able to get a breeze in. Good water pressure for shower. Good walkable distance from central station

NetherlandsThe bathroom could certainly be better. There was not a shower enclosure, so all the bathroom gets wet when someone is showering. I really think that a clean and organized bathroom is one of the most important things in a hotel and it was rather disappointing. Furthermore, the room did not have blackout curtains.
Spacious room and self check-in/check-out.

United KingdomNothing major. Some small practical fixes would just make stay easier Bathroom - most of floor gets wet. If shower trays cannot be fitted, at least a floor length curtain and a bath mat to step out onto would help. Very little space to set things out and none in shower - a small shelf or hanging shower caddy would solve this. Poor shower pressure on 3rd floor. Bedroom - again very little space to set things out. Instead of stools at side of bed (because they're not flat I kept spilling water etc off these) small lockers with drawers/shelves would be more use. And maybe a wall shelf or 2, space allowing. There was a bench at end of my bed but of no use as duvet would just knock anything off it and was more of a hindrance as I kept bumping into it. I would have liked more hangers and a couple extra pillows, and a lighter duvet or top sheet given the hot weather. Curtains don't keep out light very well - a roller blind (esp blackout one) behind them would really help. I was in a standard double which is fine for 2 adults but the small double my friend had is more of a single in our opinion - bed is pushed up against wall so only 1 side usable and not enough space for 2 adults belongings. Lighting could be brighter. Some info in room about facilities available from reception is needed eg we only knew we could borrow a kettle from a previous booking.com review. Noisy when windows open but to be expected from a city centre location.
Location for city centre and public transport (if you can turn a blind eye to 'clubs' around and prostitutes on street corners - they never gave us any bother). Cleanliness and helpful staff. A fan had been placed in each room during the hot spell of weather - definitely needed. I'd stay again.

AustraliaZleep is one block too far away from the Railway Station. Across the road are Strip clubs, people sleeping rough, and I wasn't confident going out at night. I stayed five nights My room was on the top floor with the slope of the roof as one wall with special windows. It was quite quaint. Unfortunately, the room was on the south side and heated up to about 10 degrees hotter than outside. With only a small fan and windows open, it took till past midnight to cool down. I would consider staying again, but only overnight and not on the fifth floor
Zleep is a nice little hotel close to the Central Railway Station. It's a good, low budget, short stay hotel. The rooms are clean, the staff are great

United Kingdomthe facilities were basic, despite calling itself a 3 stars hotel and commanding 4 stars hotel prices it felt more like a hostel. I asked for a tooth brush kit and they only sold them for €3 this must be the only hotel in world that charges you for this.
Good position close to the station
