Kind of smell like mold because the building is old. Not enough heating in winter time. As a whole, the cost is bit expensive even thinking about the good points.

It’s close to the main station and easy to visit sightseeing spots from here. Staffs are friendly. The door is locked for safety in night time.

Unfortunately the room on the website is not the room I got. I was on the 5th floor with extremely dirty, outdated furniture. Stains on the carpets, no soundproofing on the windows and barely any lock on the door. I received an email AFTER I checked in, offering to upgrade me to a newer room for AN ADDITIONAL FEE! That's mad - I should have gotten a discount for the state of the room. I complained to the front desk and was very rudely told, there's no way I got that email after check in because they send them 5 days in advance, and there's no rooms available. I showed her the email with a time stamp and her attitude changed. She told me that her colleague made a mistake sending the email, to come back the next morning and check if there's another room, but I was only there one more day so there wasn't a point. I would have never booked the room if I knew that's what I would get. Very noisy at night as well and lots of drug addicts walking outside.

Aside from one receptionist working one evening, the entire staff was extremely friendly and always smiling. The location is convenient and they have happy hour in the evening.

The rooms and hallways are very dated with clearly visible stains on most floors and walls, as well as the ceiling above the bed. Our bedding had small dark stains on all of the pillows, sheets and duvet.

Reception areas were kept very nice and the staff were lovely and friendly.

I would have liked a kettle in my room. I should have read the description more carefully as it did say there wasn’t one.

For some reason, you can hear everything that’s happening on the street. It was Christmas and it was quieter than usual but I can assume that it gets quite noisy outside, especially at night, and this could be a problem for some people.

The location is perfect, right in the city centre. The staff is great and everything else is very conveniently organised so that you can enjoy your sightseeing trip to Copenhagen. Thay also gave us a better room because it was Christmas.

The furniture was old and the whole room needed a renovation. In first night it was cold and in the bathroom it was always cold because the ventilation.

Very noisey location, wifi was terrible, room was dated and not clean - common areas were even worse. If i had known how bad this place was i would have stayed elsewhere.

The room was too small, the carpet was very dirty and the bathroom was not something that i was expecting. The pictures of the hotel were not at all representative of the hotel rooms. I would not recommend it.

- Surrounded by drug addicts and prostitutes - No safe in room - Lockers full with no other alternatives. We had to carry all of our bags with us on our last day

I don’t know it is the culture that Denmark hotel wasn’t provide umbrella as free ? It’s was raining during my stay , i when to reception to borrow umbrella that want me to pay 34DKK and deposit for rent 30DKK , I feel like what’s an umbrella I have to pay for rent ?
