My room door jammed and was very difficult to open and close. It was not attended to.during my visit. A glass other than a plastic throwaway would have been nice, and a kettle too, but I guess this is standard in Scandinavia ...

The light beside the bed was insufficient, I had to use mobile light to read a book. There was so little place to put our clothes to. I expected more from the breakfast, big fridge with so simple variety of food and vegetables inside. If you want to have something warm to eat, you have only choice of self prepared boiled eggs with no clock to look at. Take your mobile to the breakfast room to check the time of your egg:)

Located near the motorway; it was very loud when the window was open. It wasn't able to close the room doors quietly. No possibility to adjust the room temperature by ourselves.

Nice and modern apartment, kitchenette, air conditioning. Very good noise protection windows.

it was quite warm in the room and we couldn’t regulate the temperature ourselves. Only thing we could do was open the windows and use the fan, but then it gets super noisy, because of the motorway.

Great to have the bus stop and a supermarket so close by. We had to park outside as we had a luggage box on top of the roof and that was no problem. Parking was free as well.

The bar closes too early for late arrivals. Perhaps you could introduce a self service unit for those who may want water or a drink a little bit late

The room smelt a bit like someone had been smoking in it and when I first arrived the double bed only had one singel duvet and pillow. The reception solved the problem very quickly though.

Where do I start! No tea or coffee or even a kettle in the room. They say the water is drinking water, but don’t supply a glass or a cup, so I guess they expect you to stick mouth under the tap. Had the same towels all week, and not once did anyone come and make up the room

The room was so warm with no way to turn the heating off or cool it down. The bed was uncomfortable and although I asked for a single room, would have been nice to get at least a second pillow in the double bed. Overall a bad and overpriced experience. Will therefore prefer staying at the Cabin from now onwards!

The most basic hotel room - too sparse to be comfortable, and the concrete walls/ single pillow/ single paper cup made it clear they are trying to save money at every corner. Also the hotel is not in Lyngby town and requires an extra bus to reach it, as it is on the motorway.
