We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Fantastic location, right on the pier. Beautiful views from any room. Access to the rooftop. Excellent breakfast on the 11th floor…with more fantastic views. Be prepared for computer check-in.

The breakfast is very simple, with limited choices..I was not happy with the breakfast at all especially for a 4/5 star the breakfast was like a 1 star hotel breakfast🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️
The views were amazing. The location was good..it was very close to the city center of Vejle.

Denmarktragedy. there is no reception. if you have a problem there is no one to talk to. I asked for a room with a sea view, I got confirmation that they would fulfill my request, I got a room with a view of the city. I paid more for a single large bed, got two singles. beer 65 kr. and the rooms are much smaller than in the pictures.
