There are no slippers provided in the hotel rooms, and naturally, the floors get dusty. Additionally, there seems to be a charge for almost everything—we were quite surprised to see that even cotton swabs cost 10 DKK. Although the hotel seems to cater more to younger groups, overall, my wife and I were satisfied with our stay.

Corridors and stairs are run down but that's the only bad point overall had a great stay. Slept well, it's quiet and comfortable and the staff are just lovely.

I liked staff, location, 2 bathrooms (8 people), providing hair dryer, drink excuse for waited check in, good heating system, several mirrors in the room.

The TV had only 5 channels and all of them are Danish. I would appreciate at least one English channel as I guess the hotel has more international guests than Danish. Also the smart tv option were blocked so we couldn’t even watch YT or Netflix. Only the on/off, the volume and the channel changing buttons were working. It was a little disappointing. The bathroom first was a little weird as the sink was in the shower but it was okay.

The 'no own food' policy. I get that you want people to buy from your bar but maybe open an own shop then as the bar doesn't have enough optjons, I found nothing to eat for lunch - quite unhealthy options on offer. Also, the pillow coule be bigger or none at all.

Good location, decent stay for a couple of days. Best thing about the room was the separate toilet and shower - clever design for a dorm room.

Booked an accessible private room, which was fine I guess. The bed was so uncomfortable and the accessibility of the room was questionable, the door didn’t have hinges at the top that made it close slow and the room barely had room to move around with a mobility aid. If I was in a wheelchair the room would have not been suitable. Bathroom was fine there were grab rails on the toilet and a shower chair. You get what you pay for I suppose - it was cheap and the location was great. And the staff were helpful and friendly enough.

The room was a bit noisy and the bathroom although was comfortable didn't have channels so that the water not flow everywhere. The bed should have double duvet too.

The location was excellent, we were moving on foot for everywhere in the center. The staff was very kind and they let us get in the room earlier than expected. The room was shiny and had all the necessary.

The only downside for us was the lack of kettle and glasses really. It would be nice to just have a cup of hot water before bed.

The location of the hotel was amazing. The room was pretty clean and quiet - twice there was a bin collection around 7:30 am that you could hear. We heard some drunk people at night - but it was quiet after 10 pm. The staff was super helpful and friendly! The room had a private bathroom and hair dryer!

Location is great. Staff is great. It's great they have lockers to store your luggage. Private rooms are small, but everything you need is there. Could be cleaner. The bathroom also could be cleaner.

Nice hostel in city center, they have a nice bar on the groud floor where you can enjoy in the evening, offering a lot of games to play and on some days live music.

There are no curtains on the beds, which I find unusual for a hostel. The shower and the toilet are really small. Also there is no real common area. No place to sit and chat or work (no sockets).

The team is really kind, friendly and helpful. The location is also really great.

Elevator was way too slow. We are really just being picky, but it’s the only thing we can think of.

Pillows are not comfortable, even in an en suit twin room no hangers for the clothes, can only sit down on a bed (two small and not really comfortable stools)

Excellent location . Brilliant bar area, really fun vibe. Great food. Discounted drinks. Comfortable beds. We are in our sixties and most of the people are young but we didn’t feel out of place and I think older people shouldn’t be deterred from staying
