Small rooms. No curtains for bedd mean little privacy. I had a mixed bedroom. Didn't expect to have 4 older men and me (girl) alone sharing the bedroom. Didn't feel comfortable at all.

Nice beds with individual light for each. Bathroom in the room with the shower in one place and the toilet in another one is a nice detail.

Automatic light in the bathroom was annoying to deal with when we had to leave doors open for the room to dry. At the same time the shower area (which is just a curtain dividing bathroom in two parts) is a bit worrying since the door has a gap and I was constantly worried about sinking not just bathroom but also room outside (floor remained wet even after using the swiper so I think our decision to leave the door to the bathroom open was valid). As mentioned in the hotel survey, rooms could definitely use cups since many people have to take medication.

Location is very close to the main square which is an enormous plus, also there is plenty of grocery shops and restarurants around the place, so everything is easily available. Staff is very friendly, we had no problems geting anything we asked for, everyone greeted us with a smile and they were very friendly. At the counter we got a map with Copenhagen's main tourist attractions which was also very nice and helped our stay. Bed was comfortable and we had plenty of places near bed to plug in our devices. Food we ordered was good, staff automatically gave us hotel discount on bar even when we forgot our ticket with it. Its one of the cheapest options in Copenhagen and for the price I definitely think it was worth it.

The storage under the beds isn't ideal as it's very difficult to be quiet to pack when people are sleeping (our room was full) . Minor - but a hairdryer would have been a welcomed addition

Staff, especially the lady serving coffee in the morning, nothing was too much trouble and very friendly. Bar was reasonable priced for drinks and busy most evenings. There was a drag bingo night one evening which was fun and really busy. I think people come to drink here that aren't even staying there which is a positive also.

It wasn’t great to have the cleaning racks right in front of our door and in all our hallway, during our entire stay. As for the room, the sink was too small and not the easiest to use.

The location was perfect and the staff was nice. It’s great value for your money.

There very visible damage in the rooms. The sheets were clean but with stains. Also, the bathroom rack below the mirror had so much rust, as well as bobby pins that a guest left a long time ago. And as time passed by, they blended in with the rack and got stuck together.

Pillows on the bed a little uncomfortable; but, at the end of the day the private king-size room met my needs and was exactly what I needed. I also appreciate that the private rooms are separate / in a different area from the dormitories so there is very little noise.

The location and staff were both excellent. Traveling for work, but not wanting to spend much given how expensive Copenhagen is - having the option of private rooms at this hostel was a great choice. The bar in the evenings was a nice mix of young people and families, and the overall atmosphere was very warm and welcoming.

Does not have the usual facilities a hostel would provide I.e kitchen area to store or prepare food as such you are reliant on restaurants or take out which is pricy. The only communal area is a bar which is open to the public this makes it difficult for solo travellers to meet others. That said the bar and games available are exceptional and are very popular but this makes it difficult to secure a space for yourself

We were little bit disappointed with Breakfast, the choice was minimal. We asked if it's possible to get some eggs but it turned out that you can order them a la carte, that they are not included in breakfast. We also had to pay locker for leaving our luggage after check out, which is not a big deal since they have a great system to leave it, but we have never paid for leaving luggage, only that's why is negative feedback.

Just a few minutes walking distance from Nyhavn, great location. Room was small but sufficient.
