A bit shabby. Room was small with basic facilities.

Atmosphere was friendly and inviting but a bit like a students club. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food and drinks were good value for money.

Stayed in a dorm for 8, and it had its own bathroom (not shared with other people) + 2 showers and an extra sink. There's a really big storage box under the bed, but you need your own lock (or you can get it from the reception but have to pay for it). In the "shared space" there are a lot of games like shuffle board, pool/billiards, darts, etc

The only real minus was the breakfast buffet that was a little too mean when it comes to quality, especially the super-cheap muesli and cereal. Also the extract fans from toilet and shower seemed not to work.

The rooms were simple, but new and the beds were very comfortable. Common facilities were excellent and they make a mean Flat White coffee. The location couldn't be better as we walked to everything we wanted to see and do.

Don't stay at the street side: It is incredibly loud, the whole night and already at six in the morning. Up from the third floor it is incredibly hot on the street side rooms.

The staff is very friendly & international. The guy at the bar speaks & understands probably every language in the world. ;-) The bar is cool.

Generator is well situated, check in was easy, and the staff and guests were great. Had an amazing time travelling here solo, met some cool people, and the city of Copenhagen is magic ✨

The elevator was terribly slow. The storage under the bed was tricky to get in and out.

Room was larger than expected. Staff was nice and helpful. It was nice that there was a box like thing under the bed for luggage. Lots of windows. Would be nice if there was black out curtains and a fan.

If we have to choose something, I know there is nothing to be done about the size and availability of the elevators but as having some mobility issues this was something that wasn't always great for us, personally.

Location! The sharing/common areas! The knowledge and help from the staff! The discount tickets and coupons! Safe in the room! The sound proof windows when closed!

It was very stuffy in the room despite the open windows, and I also don't quite understand the idea of a sink in the middle of the room instead of in one of the bathrooms, which made it virtually impossible to use it quietly while other people were sleeping.

The hostel is located in the very center of the city, super location for those who want to explore the city in a few days. Nearby what you need: stores, public transportation, etc. The hostel itself maintained in good condition.

Room was too hot at the time we travelled. Noisy, but we were given free earplugs which did wonders. Felt expensive for what you get, but seemed in line with Copenhagen prices.

Really helpful staff, fantastic location, cheaper than other central locations, discount at bar. Clean.

There were issues with the shower overflowing but they were resolved pretty soon, other than that can't complain, everything was as expected.

Perfect location, ideal for solo travelers, especially if you're going from the airport (20 mins by metro M2)! The beds were comfortable, bathroom and shower clean. There's an option for self check-in and a great café with terraces etc downstairs as well.

Arriving before 14h00 was not a welcoming experience. No free luggage room only lockers that cost money

Easy access from the airport with the metro. Arriving by train it is quite a long walk

Room isn't air conditioned but we could open the window. There wasn't a lot of room for a medium sized suitcase.

We stayed in a private 2 bed room with our own bathroom. Appreciated the lockers (and that they could be rented with credit cards). Having the bar in house for food was great. Loved the location. We could walk to attractions or just catch the metro nearby.
