The breakfast was quite expensive for the options they had.

It was super central and the rooms were quite modern. I felt quite safe in this hostel. The staff was very friendly and gave us good suggestions. We enjoyed the bar space next to the reception.

The TV was most complicated to anyone form another country We asked for assistance several times but no-one came until our last night.

The room was comfortable and we could actually open the windows! It was not possible to make a cup of tea in the room and hard to find elsewhere - perhaps a European thing?

you have to put your own sheets on, toilet paper dispenser in the rooms suck, bathroom was dirty, there was trash in the room when we arrived, floors were dirty and walls, horrible ventilation. Staff who took our breakfast order were extremely rude. breakfast was horrible like cardboard.

The main problem actually was very bad internet connection. I would say we barely find internet during our stay. If you work remotely then it will affect. I stayed in this room with my wife and it was super small for us. It would be better if you stay here alone. Also, there wasn't any hangers in the room. We paid additional money for breakfast but it was poor and we decided to go out for breakfast.

What did we like the most was a location. It was super close to the main street Strøget. 8 mins by walking. Also, there was a supermarket Netto in front of the Hostel. There were a lot of restaurants nearby.

No AC. Only a fan.Room got very hot when sun faced the window. No room coffee and tea facilities in room or fridge.

Liked the location and able to avail of a late check out. It was very quiet no noise. Bed was very comfortable and it had a room safe.

Unfortunately there is no communal kitchen, not even a fridge or a coffee machine. Super noisy on the weekends because of the bars around.

The room was fine, had toilet and shower inside the room, beds were comfortable. Cleaning could be better, especially in the lockers. Location was great, good value for money in the middle of Copenhagen. I f you want to party and meet people, you can do that in their bar/outside terrace as well.

Definitely a party hostel, not the place to go if you are looking to get some rest.

Lift to rooms was always busy so if you’re on the 6th floor is a long way up to walk

The bar and the common spaces are wonderful, you want to spend time there. The location is safe and extremely convenient, right in the centre, and a few hundred meters from the metro. The private rooms are essential, but still with enough space.

No room cleaning other than emptying the bins and the towels were not replaced for the entire stay. The space around the bed was very tight.

Room appeared to be dirty when we arrived with hair still remaining in the shower drain and enough dust and hair that it must have been there for weeks down between one of the beds and the window. Pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. There was no way to control the temperature in the room and it was overly warm the whole time we were there. The fan that was present in the room didnt do much on the highest setting and was also full of dust. It was quite noisy outside the hostel and even keeping the window closed at night (despite the heat) didn't help to dull down the cacophony of sounds from the street. Having stayed before without any problems in 2017, I was disappointed to find these issues this time around

Location is fantastic. Only 5 minutes to Nyhavn and about 30 minutes walk to tivoli and city hall. Staff all very friendly and polite. Luggage lockers available for a charge - approx 10gbp for 24 hours.

beds were not made, alongside lots of dust and stains on bed frames. floor was very dirty, not vacuumed. as well as mirror in main room was rusty and dirty.

the location of the hostel was great, with a netto directly opposite (very convenient). staff were lovely and welcoming, and it was very nice spending time in the communal areas downstairs.

There was ample storage space on the property, automated easy check in, we didn’t have to deal with unnecessary admin work.

Check-in took little extra time, may be because there was only 2 staff & many check-in. Unfortunately, the restaurant does not offer any Vegetarian option.

Hostel is easy to reach, within walking distance from Metro station. Private room is spacious enough. Location of the Hostel is excellent. All major tourist attractions are within walking distance. It also has lockers to store your stuff. They even accommodated our large suitcases.

well, we were 6 girls in a room and only 1 toilet, 1 shower and we weren’t able to use the bathrooms from outside…

the staff was wonderful, Laura and Iara were very very nice!!
