Room was small, a dorm with 3 bunk beds with a narrow coridor. It wasnt cleaned in days. The shower was small, and the sink was in the room. All together there was too little privacy.

I didn't find the staff to be welcoming and they charge to use a towel which is a first. I have never stayed anywhere where you need to pay to rent a towel. Ridiculous. Also the elevator was broken which made it difficult for one of the travelers in our group.

Their are no curtains with the bed which is a bit less intimate but that's okay. there is also no kitchen but it makes sense because they're way to many people, it's a huge place so it couldn't be possible but that's a malus for an expensive city like this, however u have a netto store just in front of the place so it's great ! The restaurant of the hotel is a bit expensive also...

The location is absolutely perfect, near to restaurants, bars and many great places like the park, just one minute away. The room is really nice and the beds are truly comfy, also the shower is truly nice !! the mood is really great, you can meet a lot of people and have a really great time.

Air conditioner was constantly working in the bathroom, so that was a bit of a bummer. Although, we didn't contact the reception about this issue, since we didn't spend that much time in our room, but I'm sure it was possible to do something about that. Our room was on the 5th floor and the elevator wasn't working during our stay, but it didn't affect us much, since we didn't have much luggage, only backpacks. There were only two body towels and no smaller ones, so it was a bit inconvenient to use one towel for both face and body. The room could have been a bit cleaner itself, since we found one piece of plastic on the floor and a string of hair in bed.

The location was completely superb! Located right in the city centre, close to a metro station, which takes you up to the airport. Shops, restaurants, parks - all within a few minutes walking radius. Comfortable beds and a large tv, a great way to relax in your room after a long day. Another perk - online check-in and check-out options, so there's no need to contact the reception and you can prepare for your trip in advance. The hotel is quite big and we had some concerns about possible noise, since it's a hostel aswell, but we didn't hear anything from other rooms whatsoever. If we come to Copenhagen again, will stay here for sure, since it is really affodarble compared to other places and has great value for money!

no soap and towels so get your own. I have a disability and the lift was not working the day I arrived but the staff helped me with the bags, internal lift and also profusely apologised for the inconvenience rather than be aggressive when I raised an issue that the lift was not working. the lift spare part spoilt is not easily repairable so for those with mobility issues like me, please select a different hotel as you would have to climb two flights of stairs to reach the hotel reception on the first floor with your suitcase or bag. after that internal lifts are working.

the staff is outstanding. the location is central just next to Nyhaven, the most beautiful spot of copenhagen. I was given a quiet room at the other end of the bar/ discotheque on the first floor so was very quiet. there is a lively party clubbing scene at the bar every night for those who love to party and see a glimpse of danish pub life .. easily walkable from the metro and train stop this is great value for money. clean rooms.

You have to pay (quite a lot) if you want to leave your luggage after check out which is a shame because other places offer it for free.

It's a known hostel chain so they already have a certain standard and I think it's quite decent, comfortable, and clean. The location is perfect and central, really close to Nyhavn and good cafes and restaurants.

The common spaces were heavily crowded and there was a lot of shouting and noisy people walking around.

The room was warm and the bed comfortable, breakfast was nice but no fruit and long lines to grab the bread, which was good quality and plentiful, and finally the location was centric and fun to be in.

Elevator was so slow. Some noise at night as expected, though surprised at how much we could hear the bar/dj from the 5th floor. Bed was very hard and pillows were awful.
