We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

ItalyEverything related to the hotel: the room was very small with just hangers and very few places to lay things, apart from the windows. Moreover, the room was very hot but it was not possible to leave the windows opened at night due to the noise from the street. To get to the floor (6th), you either must wait 10 minutes for the elevator (yes, only one elevator for the entire building!!!) or take the stairs. We are pretty fit, but 7 flights of stairs it's not that easy. Moreover, the day of the check out, authomatically your keys are blocked 30 minutes before the time, so if you are having breakfast outside the room, bear in mind you won't be able to get in again. So, really not worth it for the high price you pay
The location is perfect because it's 5 minutes walt to Nyhavn, to Rosenborg Palace and Stroget. So, every touristic place is easily reachable by feet.

Czech RepublicVery small room. There were some hangers but no place to hang them. Beds couldn’t be moved together. No shamboo in bathroom, only two towels. Eggs for breakfast were not good. And there was really few other possibilities. Not worthy for 150 Dkk.

United Kingdom1. They do not clean the rooms, although we requested to do so in two opportunities (our room was supposed to include that service. 2. Although many of the staff were nice (especially the ones coming from LatinAmerica) there were a few people from the staff very rude and unhelpful (we assume the people from Copenhague and sorroundings). 3. Although we were staying in the hotel, we did not have any priority to use the facilities of the hotel. 4. The breakfast was not good and it was expensive. We stayed in a generator hotel in Stockholm and the breakfast was way much better than the one of Copenhague.

PolandFirst of all, no air conditioning. What's more, it was impossible to breathe in the room. I had reservations for two nights, after the first one I ran away to another hotel. The staff didn't even ask why. What I really didn't like was the information that you can't eat anything in the facility that you haven't bought in the hotel restaurant. Nonsense! This doesn't fit the hostel's philosophy at all. As for the room - no soap in the bathroom corner. Rooms small. Stiff sheet. What really bothered me, apart from the lack of confirmation, was the noise, which kept me awake until 2 a.m.
Great location. The facility is huge - and I don't know if that's actually a plus. Employees - okay.

Italy1. The room we were given was different from the one in the photos when booking. 2. The room has not air conditioner or ventilation system, so the room was very hot during the day time, but since most of the time we were out during the day, so we did not ask for change, We stayed at 4th floor, so we kept the windows opened all the day, even though windows could not be fully opened. 3. The rooms are not provided with slippers and washing amenities. There is only a hair dryer, toilet paper and bath towel. 4. The walls are very dirty, you can clearly see boogers! Also on the white curtains you can see red spots... 5. The bed and pillow blankets are not fully clean, but acceptable. 6. WiFi not good
1. The staff was amazing and kind to answer all our questions! 2. The position of this accomodation is definitely good, you can easily get to the metro station in a few minutes by walk. Near you also have different restaurants and there's also a supermarket. 3. Luggage storing comes with payment.
