Maybe this is okay and there is a rule for this that I miss. But there was no hand washer liquid and shampoo in the bathroom, as in other places I stayed in.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever been to. Small and cozy room. It is located near the city center and has everything you need as a tourist in a close proximity.

Cleanness was really bad. There was smelly toilet, I was searching for pen that fell from the bed and there was much dirt on the floor, somebody's sock left under the mattress and a chewing gum glued on the bed headboard. Old towel left in the window.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is great for young travelers. The location is great, walking distance to the city center

Noisy in the night and a bit cramped, the furniture in the bathroom was rusting. Adequately cleaned and swift service. Too expensive for what you got.

Adequately cleaned and swift service. The neighborhood is nice though, not exactly on the street where the hotel is but around there there are a lot of nice restaurants and shops.

We staid there for 4 nights and the beds were never made. Only the trash was taken out 😕 The public areas of the hotel were very crowded. So to relax with a coffee or drink wasn’t very tempting. BUT THE STAFF WAS GREAT 😊

Very dirty. In the room the toilet was dirty, the sink didn't flow. There was garbage on the floor, the official garbage was very dirty too. I think it's difficult to keep it clean when you put up to eight people overcrowded in a small room. But of course, they have a "good" reason: it's Copenhagen, so they have the right to deliver a very bad condition because it's very cheap. I will only repeat it in case of urgency. It's inhuman.

The place is in a good region, it's a central hostel. The personnel are very nice, good people work there.

The toilet and the sink were clogged. The tv didn't work. When we told the staff about it, they didn't fix it. We asked them multiple times and they told us the maintenance staff wasn't working during the weekend. We were offered to switch rooms, but this was on the last day when it didn't matter anymore.

Before checking in and after checking out, luggages can be left in the lockers right next to the reception. While they were big enough to fit also large luggages, I would say that they were a bit pricey compared to other Generator hostels I've stayed at.

The hostel is very central, just a few minutes walk from Nyhavn and from the metro line. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was big enough for everyone and everything fitted perfectly in the underbed compartments. I really enjoyed my stay.

The bathroom had an odor, I've tried spraying perfumes to no avail. nonetheless, the smell is bearable, and isn't noticeable in the room.

The location was the best of it all, very close to the city center and to many other attractions in the city! just walking distance which was perfect! The room was cozy, clean and neat! The staff were very helpful and pleasant and always at your service.

Quite noise even if we were at the 6th floor, we booked a room with private bathroom but the shower was smelling horrible, no shampoo hand wash etc.. the elevator was very busy and slow and one of the 3 days we stayed it was not working at all so we had to go at the sixth floor by taking the stairs.. bed very uncomfortable. One day someone came in the room and threw away the bottles of water we had and nothing else ( no cleaning etc)

The room was cramped, and it was hard to access the under-bed storage with four people wanting access to the space occupied by the drawers when pulled out.

One of the twin beds was full of hair (Dog?), the staff came to exchange the sheets really fast, but the room was not super clean anyways… our bedroom was right above the breakfast room which also serves as Club! It was impossible to sleep for two nights because of the techno / super loud music

When I arrived, my bed wasn't made and someone had slept on it. I had to put the sheet on myself (an ordeal!). Then there was a HORRIBLE mix of stale and musty smell. I looked around the room and everything looked dirty, the sink where there was dried toothpaste, the toilet (water on the floor), the sticky floor, leftover food from several days. Also, - No shower mat - Shower too small to wash and change afterwards - Dust in the corners of the room - No curtains around the capsules to isolate yourself from others - The curtains hanging on the windows are dirty - Extremely unpleasant odors The room was not swept once in ten days (even though the housekeeper came to change the sheets for the new arrivals). Extremely dirty floor. In short, everything was dirty. My body was itchy all over. There was a drugged guy who I thought was dead in front of my bedroom door. The police intervened (photo). I had the fear of my life and an anxiety attack. Very bad experience, I will definitely not come back!
