All amazing

Right by the metro in a nice part of Copenhagen with tons of restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and stuff to do around. Room and bathrooms were super clean. Bed had its own reading light and plug. Bar downstairs had more games than I'd ever seen. Was very lively for a Thursday night but still plenty of room to find a quiet corner to meet friendly travelers and just talk. Food was better than I expected (really tasty) with big portions and drinks were well made. Overall amazing. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

We got a smaller room than we booked, then I had to convince to change it. They never changed towels or anything but just collected garbage with our stuff. I had plastic bags for my toothbrush they got it too even my toothbrush was in it. And they left my toothbrush on table!

During check in they require you to give them full data of your credit card, for security. To be clear - not a pre authorization or anything like that, number,CVV, expiration data. Basically they could use your card for online payment without you even knowing. How do they store this information is a mystery, just like how secure is their database, for all I know it could be an excel sheet. And staff claims it's standard practice... In all my travels I have never encountered anything like that.

If your going in the summer this might not be a great spot. We had a couple of private rooms that were all very similar and very nice. But they were warmer than a sauna. The whole floor was very warm and uncomfortable. There is no AC so don't expect a cool room.

It is in a good location with close access to the major tourist spots and in close proximity to the metro.

It isn't a hotel, it's more of a hostel with individual rooms. It was noisy in several areas and the only cycle parking was outdoor, uncovered and unsafe.

This was advertised as a 4 star hotel, and priced accordingly, it is NOT a hotel, it's a low grade Hostel! No drawers or wardobes in room for clothes, just a few coat hangers hanging from a shelf bracket ! A King Superior Room? Laughable description! Room is 3.5 metres x 3.5 metres square! bed fills the room with 1/2 metre clearance all around. No toiletries in shower room!

The first bad thing about this place was the smell of piss on the hallways, horrible. There’s no aircon in the rooms. We were melting every night trying to sleep and on top of that it was really loud. Lots of teenagers and really young people stays in here and they party the whole night. Doors open and banging, people laughing and screaming on the hallways you name it. The room is really small, and the shower/ toilet gets flooded every time you take a shower and takes a while for the water to drain.

I was unaware that this place is not a hotel, but actually a hostel. The reason being that hostel was not in the name and for almost $200 per night, I expect a hotel. The room was very small, and the bathroom was a small space with no separate shower. It might be fine for 20 somethings but I cannot imagine them paying such high prices. The room was noisy, not from other guests staying in adjoining rooms, but from vehicles pulling in and out from late at night until early morning.

The location was very central, easily walkable to the main sites.

Toilet and sink was constantly clogged, no matter how many times I asked for someone to come and look at it, no one ever appeared to by and fix the issue. Bathroom and shower smelt disgusting

Our room didn’t come with towels, the bathroom light didn’t turn off, the windows didn’t open enough, and the bunk beds weren’t that comfortable. The room got very hot and since we couldn’t open the windows enough, it was very uncomfortable

Room was dirty, seems only to be stain cleaned. No towels in room, not even in bathroom, have to make your own bed. Had to rent 4 closets for our luggage as we arrived 2 hours before 14:00 check-in. You get the rooms cheap but pay for everything else.

We booked the room for two persons for $159. For that price we had just one towel. The beds were located so that the head of one of us was looking to the legs of the other. No place for clothes.

Staff are really miserable , breakfast was poor, I was basically an inconvenience to staff. Despite seeing me waiting they would do everything they could not to serve and did everything at their own pace. Customer doesn’t always come first here.
