The location is great, we were 3 days in Generator, and had a superior twin room. Everything was fine. The hotel was close to the city center.

There was no shampoo and body wash in the room, so maybe you can set them up, if it’s possible.

The bed light was not so flexible, and not possible to adjust so that the light shined down to my side and not to the front of me when reading. Toilet didn't flush all the way most of the time, despite holding the flush button down for longer. Had to wait and flush about three times before the little amount of paper went down. This was in Room 515. Note`* The avatar shown on my comment is that of my husband's. I actually stayed here ( Natalie ) but Booking.com hasn't changed the profile despite me changing the account to under my name. I stayed in a female only doom with 6 beds.

This was the third time I have stayed here, and always come back. Staff are always very helpful - I managed to buy a ticket for Jul at the Tivoli cheaper than at the gate. Location is easy to explore the touristy spots and more. Nice hot shower, and safe, secure dorm room. The lock box for my suitcase was large enough to fit in. Close to plenty of food and drink places, so going out for breakfast was easy. I wish I could have stayed longer but had go back to work.

The beds are uncomfortable. We stayed 4 nights. Every night there was an event in the bar/restaurant area and the music blares from 9 to most times past midnight.

TV features: We chose this accommodation over others because of the description in Booking.com currently stating private rooms have chromecast screening from a device, however upon arrival we didn't see the option - when we asked reception about it, the lady there very casually said she tried to take it down but didn't have access to do it. It would have been nice to hear that something was actually being done about it considering it's false advertising and they're sorry for any inconvenience. Noise level: I've stayed at other Generators across Europe, and all have the same vibes for sure which is a plus - however in others I never heard any sound travel through the building and slept soundly. Sadly in this one, the noise from the evening events even during the weekdays was so loud that it kept us awake and we had some trouble falling asleep. I understand the type of accommodation we are booking holds social events and will have a 'louder scene', however I assumed it would match the levels of other Generators.

Great location in a good neighbourhood, lots of supermarkets and restaurants/cafe's nearby. Private room felt bigger than what we were expecting. People working at check-in were lovely and kind, giving suggestions for places to eat and sightseeing, and overall felt very welcoming.

In the heart of the city , easy access to metro, walking distance from most of the attractions. They have baggage storage in certain payment options if you arriving earlier that check-in time 1400 hrs.

They only change your towels on request, there are only bath towels, but no hands and face towels. There is no iron in the room.
