The hostel was extremely dirty. Our room smelled like piss. When we showered the floor flooded. The towels smelled like rotten eggs. The common areas were so dirty we couldn’t stay in them for long. The blinds did not cover anything, and we had sunlight through the whole night.

The location was good. It was full of young people.

Best value for money. Polite and helpful staff. They informed us at check in that it might be a little loud on Weekends and if we prefer a room on a higher floor we should ask the reception the next day. Actually it was a little loud at the 3rd floor but we didn't mind. If somebody is sensitive to sound, it is better to ask the reception for a room on higher floors. The breakfast was very good for its price. Location couldn't be better.

Location was quite in center, easy to reach anywhere. Breakfast was not bad, simple but fine. Entertainment floor, good music, vaste space to chill, read, work on ground floor. Staff crew was kind and helpfull. There was local supermarket, so you can do your groceries there. Closest metro station is in 7 mins distance. You can buy food and beverages on ground floor entertainment area. I bought a burger. Prices in hostel for food is similiar or even cheaper than restaurants outside, thus i would prefer to have quick snacks indoor.

Very loud neighborhood, parties right outside the window every night, rude staff, poor breakfast, bad smell everywhere.

Value and service level for money was terrible. Service level in breakfast restarurant quite poor. You have to clean up after yourself, selection of food very limited

The room smelled bad, the bathroom smelled like urine and the shower was difficult to use and soaked the entire bathroom when you did use it. The bed wasn’t fully made, the covers were thrown over the bed and the bed was so uncomfortable! We each had tiny pillows that were really uncomfortable also. It was very expensive for such a small and uncomfortable room.

The hotel is really big and quite unpersonal, we had no contact with any employee during our stay, also everything looks the same like a labirinth. Atmosphere offers a place for party and can get quite loud in the evenings. We stayed in the sixth floor in a room without aircondition, which was yet ok during May but can get a problem later the year.

Location is really great, public transport can be reached quite fast and many major sights of Kopenhagen are in walking distance. Checkin and Checkout are available online and offer a great way to get in/out fast.

The flow of water in the shower was weak

The location is perfect in the centre of Copenhagen which makes it easy to get to any destination. The rooms are equipped with all the necessary things. I definitely recommend this hostel for your stay in cph!

- Breakfast is nothing. Bread with nutella, plate with cheese and meat, leaves of salads, and musli. This is it. Everything else like eggs or smth else is out of the breakfast you paid for, you should pay for that additionally, one more time. - Soundproofing is absent - long parties with loud music till 1 am were heard very good on the 2nd floor. Somehow the staff explained that people want to have fun so they are open till 1am. But it would be really nice from the hostel's side to care not only of those who want to have fun, but also of those who wants to sleep and had a hard day. - After cleaning all dust was on the floor, seems like it was only wiped from the furniture to the floor.

Great location, not far from all the main attractions. Staff is pleasant and helpful. In the room, you have everything you need, so very nice.
