Contact was easy and the answers were quick. The person at the reception was welcoming and helpful with check-in. It's a great place, everything was well cleaned. I'm also grateful for the hostel's formation of people in the dorm! I met new people, thanks to whom my short visit to Copenhagen was more joyful and unforgettable :)

The room was not clean at all, I found what I think was pubic hair in the shower and lots of dust and dirt on the sink, later on I also noticed a thick layer of dust on the shelves, which was a little unsettling and got me questing about the cleanliness and hygiene of the room.

I liked the location, it was very close to all the important places in Copenhagen and right in the center. The vibe of the hotel is also nice, and there are nice decoration around the hotel, There was also a very nice smell when you are walking around the hotel(especially the stairs)

I booked a double bed room during my stay but they gave us two single beds connected with single mattress. My husband and I were feeling like sleeping on a different beds because of that! If I wanted a bed like that then I could’ve just took the single beds instead!!! On the top of that there were no heating systems on the toilets. The toilet was large (handicapped toilet) and the floor was like ice cold. They didn’t use any type of floor mat or anything and we were literally freezing when we used the toilet. The cleaning was okay however the only good part was the location. Not worth the money!

The room wa sreally clean and the hostel was really nice. Also the location is perfect, close to everything, a lot of cafes, bars and even a store is around the corner. And the check-jn and check-out was easy and super fast.

Dirty duvet cover yellow stain, right at the head. Couldn't miss it. Replacement duvet covered in hairs. Hairballs down the side of the bed. Dirty filter in bathroom. Old, RUSTY bathroom shelf Dirty toilet on arrival Sheets covered in hairs. DISGUSTING. Needs a good clean Generator won't cooperate or respond to Booking.com Don't waste your money, go elsewhere, wish we did.

Everything was clean, perfect if you are travelling solo and want to save money, I recommend staying in a room for only 4 people, It is far less noisy that way PS: Dont get annoyed if someone makes noice while packing at 5, 6, 7 am, they have an early fligth

constant noise in the room coming from the bathroom sounding like a hoover and carried voices. The hostel was a bit dingy, rooms okay and comfy would have preferred more room for superior king. Would of been nicer if the room was more clean

The hotel lacked upkeep. The curtains and walls were dirty and it was obvious it was new and modern at one time, but not so much anymore. The hotel was very large and impersonal.

Everything was perfect. The location is very convenient, just 5 minutes to Nyhavn and the touristy center. The facilities were good, everything you need. The room was small but the reasonable size to come sleep. There is a grocery store right in front of the hostel. I would recommend to everybody

There is a music club in the hostel, so it is quite noisy at night. Also, it looks better in pictures than in reality. The room is not very clean.

No towels in included for free. Bed sheets were washed but not completely clean. There was a lot loud music audible in the rooms, coming from a club ou the cooking areas of the hostel (couldn't understand) that made it impossible to fall a sleep before it was really late in the night. They kept pressing for the check-in online. I did it, but I had to anyway do a check-in in person when I arrived.

Location is very good. Price for Copenhagen is fine.

The dirtiest room (Private 4 bedroom) that I ever stayed in my life!! Completely disgusting..... Asked at the reception for an acceptable cleaning at the toilet, they tried, but even didn't had a look behind the door. Stayed in so many Generators around Europe, but this one, have the worse housekeeping team ever....

The hotel was clean, warm, lovely atmosphere and vibe, great guests and very helpful, kind staff. The bar/entertainment area was particularly good. Would revisit the hotel and recommend to everyone. It was good value for money also. Perfect location. The room was ready 4 hours early which was a bonus.

You could hear people talk in the halls and outside. We also heard music playing from the bar. The place did not seem very insolated. Which made it hard to sleep. The place had a weird smell to it.
