There was little storage for anything, and we would’ve preferred one duvet for the bed rather than two single duvets, but didn’t know if this was the norm!

This hotel was perfect. No more than 15 minutes from the airport and no more than 15 minutes into the city centre. It was ideal for us arriving fairly late at night, with its 24 hour check in. The room was a good size, and felt very safe. The staff were lovely and we were easily able to use their luggage store on departure which was very handy. Would return without a doubt.

When taking a shower, the water would always overflow a bit too much; the floor towel would end up being relatively soaked.

It was very clean. The towels and bedsheets were replaced daily even without us requesting it. There is staff 24/7, the bar is always open. The location is in-between two metro stops, both only a few minutes away by foot. There are nice food places nearby. Quiet neighbourhood.

On the whole there was nothing to dislike..it is a budget hotel so do not expect any frills.

The hotel and room was clean and just 5 minutes from excellent transport links. Good continental breakfast. Staff were pleasant and attentive. In summary for a budget hotel it was as expected and good value for money

The room was small, bins emptied daily but floor not swept. Stayed for 4 nights had towels changed once, which was fine. Only 1 small pillow and a very thin mattress on a soft divan base.

The keys? Why the hell should I use my phone to open the room door and then I still have to use my key? It makes absolutely no sense. It seems the hotel was scammed by some tech bros. It seriously makes no sense at all, really.

The location is good, close to the metro and only 3 stops from the centre. The room is small but perfect for 1 person. The breakfast was good too.

Too many intrusive emails/SMS messages from hotel in advance of, and during, stay. Shower requires addition of a door to prevent flooding of bathroom floor, poorly designed. Rooms could do with a bit of colour/basic artwork just to spruce-up a bit at minimal cost. Otherwise all fine. Seems a bit unnecessary to charge for luggage storage.

Good value accommodation just 5-min walk from the (excellent) Metro. Clean & secure room, straightforward check-in.

Nothing in particular. Room are not quite large. Generally I don't like reception in the middle of the palace and not at the arrival door floor.

The size of the room was very small. Also one day the cleaning lady didn’t properly close our room doors, thankfully nothing was taken but it did not make us feel safe to leave stuff there the next day. The sheets were not changed often as well as the room was not cleaned every day just the set of fresh towels were left on the bed.

Very soft beds, unable to watch TV due to lack of internet connection.

Reasonable price for the stay. Room was clean, personal very nice and kind. However, the beds were very small and sooo soft. It was impossible to fall asleep, it was like sleeping on a water bed. TV was there but without internet connection and we were told that IT guys are unavailable for the whole time of our stay, so we couldn't watch it at anytime. But in the end, it was good. I recommend this hotel for sure.

Showers need some care as there were mold stains. Breakfast not really value for money. Poor quality. We paid 109 kr per person. Needs improvement for sure.

You have to be pretty careful when taking a shower, because there's nothing seperating the shower floor from the bathroom itself. The water leaked out to the bathroom floor every time. You do get an extra towel for the floor though, and they tidy the rooms/change the towels every day.

The hotel is located close to the M2 metro line so the city centre was easily accessable (10-15 mins). The room was small, but we mostly got home late at night, took a shower and went straight to bed so it was't a problem. We didn't ask for breakfast initially, but you could just go up to the reception and pay for it the day of, which was really convenient. The check out was at 11am which we were super happy about after 3 long days of sightseeing! :D They also provide rental lockers (the small one easily fit 2 backpacks and was 30 DKK for the day) so we could leave our luggage behind and explore the city some more before our flight in the evening. The staff were kind and helpful!
