Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A rather small room - but that was expected.
Nice bar and terrace, comfy bed, hotel close to the beach and some nice restaurants, free parking options.

the space were breakfast was served was way too small, too narrow.

I found the laundry a little confusing as it is one machine to wash and dry the clothes. You are given a key to the laundry room for 4 hours but I wasn't clear on when the machine was finished drying so I had to go back and forth a couple of times. Not really a big problem considering the fact it is available for a reasonable price.
We had breakfast at the buffet each morning - a great selection and a lovely environment with the option to eat in the dining room or on the terrace. The rooms were small as per the reviews, but we spent most of the time sightseeing in the city. Its only a short walk to the metro station and Copenhagen is easy to get around. The staff were able to help with ordering a taxi, but you need to be able to receive a text message for this (I had bought a data only travel sim so I had to turn on roaming for this). We bought souvenirs from the reception. The other guests were very peaceful too.

Our room was really small and there was no space for our suitcase to lay (small carry-on) without being in the way. There was hair from the guest before in the shower and since there was no door in the shower the wooden doorframe of the bathroom got wet every time we showered. It smelled a little weird in the bathroom (because of the soaked wood of the doorframe i guess). Other than that there is nothing „bad“ to be said about our stay.
It was easy to get there from the airport. The staff was friendly and there is a grocery store right around the corner. The rooms where quiet, even tho there was a school class in the rooms close to us. It’s 15 min with the metro or 45 min „nice“ walk into the city.

The room was very small, so it was difficult to open up our bigger suitcase.
Our room was clean and cozy, the breakfast was simple but very good and the location of the hotel made it very convenient to travel between the airport and downtown Copenhagen. The beds were very comfortable.

It's not that we didn't like the room. It was just small. Only there 1 night. We were out and about anyway!
We liked the area. Close to transportation and parks. Also walked to the beach. Hotel area felt safe. Very clean.

The beds and pillows were not good. The room size was actually not a problem even though it was small, but there could be a lot more hooks or smth to hang things on the wall. Costs almost nothing, but solves many of the space problems.
Location was good, breakfast was ok. For budget travelling it's an ok choice. There's free parking on the street. I also liked the fact that you don't have to go through reception every time you go in and out.

Breakfast is same every day, no variety and options. The only hotel I know that charges you for keeping your baggage a few hours.
The room was fine, it was very quiet and we had a good sleep, neighbourhood is good, the staff is nice and helpful, the metro is 6-7 mins walk, could visit the hotel again.

Was a little further out from the city centre, but luckily not too far.
Was quiet, modern, clean, close to cafes/restaurants and the metro station. Was easily accessible to the airport. Enjoyed utilising the rooftop terrace. The luggage storage was also handy.

Room was too small, not big enough even to have our suitcases opened on the floor. The room was also without a closet so its not practical if you stay more days. Matraces under sheet were not clean and it was dusty uder the bead.
Comon room with reception and Breakefast were nice, some of the staff were friendly and helpfull.
