Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesNo shuttle service despite advertising it. Open shower - no walls - WHY? No microwave. Paid for late check out
Close to train. Comfy cute room with skylight. Nice staff. Late check out. Only stayed for 1 night so not much really mattered except comfort. Front desk staffed 24/7

We were travelling for a concert at the royal arena so location was great as it was both close to the airport and the arena.

Czech RepublicThe room was very small, one of the smallest I have seen, so if we had more luggage, it would be a problem. The bathroom was also super small and not very comfortable.
The room was clean and the hotel was very close to the airport. The receptionist was very nice.

LatviaSurprise how small was the shower with WC, around 2 m2 or even smaller. Breakfast basic buffet.
Location was OK if you have activities around this area. Rather close to train and bus. There are also several shops around so you can take some snacks. Microwave and coffee machine are available at the reception. Comfortable lobby. Also it was quiet during the night.

Czech RepublicThe bathroom is very small and the shower is in the same place where is the sink, basically, the bathroom is the shower. The water pressure was very weak for both the cold and hot water also.
For the price, it was a good place to stay. It was close to the airport and easy to access by public transport to the airport or city center. Reception is open 24/7, which can be handy. The hotel was quite well-maintained and clean. The room was just big enough fo our family for a short therm stay.

GermanyThe cramped little bathroom with the shower head only and the smallest sink ever. It does the job and provides all what you need but if I had stumbled over the description that this is a room without a "proper" bathroom _and_ would have known what they meant, I would have upgraded the room. Not complaining though, we had a laugh looking at it and using it. 😉
Closeness to bus stop and train station Tårnby (approx. 5 mins. walk), and also a small supermarket. The bed was comfy and the room was quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was really welcoming from the initial arrival. The hotel lobby was really lovely. The location was great, right next to Tarnby train station and very close to central Copenhagen. The hotel room was very clean.

NetherlandsThe bathroom showed why it's a 2-star hotel. But we only stayed 1 night so no big deal.
We chose the family room with 2 full-size beds. The room was much bigger that I thought. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is located very close to the train/bus stop with 5 minutes walking. From the airport, only need to go 1 stop with the train. There are many options to go to downtown from the hotel.

GermanyRooms small, shower is right by the toilet so everything is wet after a shower. Not so bad if you plan ahead and are willing to devote a large towel to the bathroom floor. The bed was too soft and there was only one chair even though we booked the double room for two people. You hear everything from the hallway so if you need to sleep earlier than other guests, definitely bring earplugs! Also no hairdryer in the room. You could probably get one at reception but I just managed without. All in all not bad for the price
Great staff, nice location if you are flying out early the next morning, breakfast buffet from 5am so perfect for an early morning flight like we had. Nice TV and you can buy food elsewhere and heat it up in the lobby microwave (they will even give you a plate to use for it! Very accomadating staff and the reception is open 24/7 which is great! Good value for money!

FinlandThe location was not the best, in the middle of nowhere, not in the airport, but not in the city either. With train station near, it was quite easy to access city though. The room was really small and the toilet was also the shower, no separate shower zone, shower curtain, nothing. So after shower the whole toilet was wet. The room was really cold.
Friendly staff. Clean room. Bare minimum. Okay for one night stay. Big hotel, so I think there are many different room options to choose from, I just booked for one night and the small and cheap one. Lounge area looked really nice.

AustraliaThe room was very small and the bathroom is the strangest/ smallest I have ever found myself in. The shower and the toilet are not seperate so they share the same small place making having a shower quite difficult and vice Versa.
I liked the location being within walking distance to the train station and only 1 quick stop to CPH international airport. The breakfast was at good hours accomodating early morning flights and was a good price.

United States1. Rooms are very small, in fact, the first time we stayed there, we got a room with a bathroom that was literally a cubicle. 2. It'd be really nice if the hotel or the town helped define a pedestrian cross-walk over-ground, or add a smoother ramp to the existing underpass, up to the Tårnby station. It was not easy to drag our bags down and up the stairs.
Location is unbeatable, so close to the airport, and accessible by train from the airport.

PolandThe tiny bathroom had the strangest layout - you operate shower from the washing bin taps (and since they were British-style separate for hot and cold, it was impossible to get the temperature right). The water from the shower went all over the floor and gathered in front of the toilet for 2 days, because of uneven floor.
staff was extremely nice and helpful, the reception part was really neat. The bed, even though very narrow, was really very comfortable. It was also very quiet and warm.
