Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It was a reasonable stay but the breakfast was a bit limited for a vegan. Otherwise fine.

Although the beds were comfy, there was a slight annoyance as it was two single beds pushed together with individual mattress toppers which meant that they would slide away from you and your partner in the middle of the night. Walls/doors were thin so you could hear people walking and talking at night.
Breakfast was good and well priced. Beds were comfy and clean. Right next to the train station, one stop away from the metro and one stop away from the airport. Good pizza/kebab takeaway across the road. Close to a netto for any forgotten items/groceries. Staff were friendly and welcoming. 24hour bar and breakfast from 5am-10am were great.

Cost could get less. Not cheap. Need to pay for the locker if you want to leave the Baggage. The food available at the reception is higher compared to the actual price. Lighting in the room could get improved. Also need soaps and shower gels in the Bathroom which is missing. one or two power outlet could get added to have more charging points.
Good facilities. Close to the Train station and good reception services. Good common area and Lounge to relax. Beds were Okay. Decent room size.

Bedroom bathroom was really really small. Rooms walls were really thin you can hear everything from your room.
Location was perfect because train station was very close. Staff were friendly also. Price was really cheap also.

Sticky carpet, didn't know how to turn shower on, managed to work it out in the end, we arrived midnight so didn't feel like going down to ask, so we could have asked staff.

Basic for how much we paid, expecting a larger room. There was no air con so had to keep the window open for most of our stay. No mini fridge to keep refreshments cold. Small wardrobe space and not enough pillows on bed for 2 people. Shower made the floor slippery and messy when in use. We put the do not disturb sign on the door which the cleaner ignored on our first morning, and walked into our room as we were getting dressed!
Friendly staff upon arrival and during stay. Close to station for transport into town. Quiet area.

Bathroom was very small and water got everywhere after a shower because of the poor shower curtain. Shampoo and soap not included.
Convenient location to metro/train for exploring the city. Grocery store and airport nearby.

Good value for money. I’d consider this the ‘Ryanair’ of hotels, and I don’t mean that as a criticism. Cheap and cheerful, you get what you pay for.

The room was very small but still good value for money.
The bed was very comfortable, staff friendly & helpful & it was a 5 minute walk to the train station which was excellent. We also enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel.

The shower room is way too small, and actually, the shower wasn’t working in my room. I didn’t have time to report it to reception, so it might have been fixed if I had told them. Even if it had been usable, showering in that tiny cubicle would have flooded the floor over the toilet.
The staffs are very friendly and informative. Very close to the airport and the station.

Very small room and the bathroom was basically a shower. It shouldn't matter too much if you're out all day though.
It's a good deal for the price. You don't get to spend too much and it's reasonably well connected to the city centre (you need to take a 8-10 min train and the station is only 3 minutes' walk). The room was very clean and quiet. The buffet breakfast is recommended (99 DKK, you won't find cheaper options in the city centre).
