The room was very small and looked quite used. Additionally, the bathroom constellation was quite interesting, because the shower wasn't separated from the rest of the bathroom and was quite small in general. Unfortunately, I also had an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, which they'll probably have fixed by now, but it made the stay there not as nice as it could have been.

The location was very central and close to train and bus stations. The breakfast was tasty and the staff was always wearing a smile. Even though the hotel was on the party street, the windows were thick enough to block the noise out for a good night's sleep. Even though my check-in was very late due to some problems on the flight, the procedure was uncomplicated and I still could enter my room.

The breakfast was quite disappointing and somehow the eating area felt sticky. There were no shampoos etc. in the room and no hair dryer, so remember to take those things with you if you visit.

The location is good, on top of a busy party street but right in the city center. The room was nice.

The toilet wasn’t clean, there were a lot of “mark” around the toilet. There was a hair in my breakfast but don’t really bother me much.

I have mobility issues; the staff was unable to activate the stair lift when I returned from dinner. Climbing the longish stairs was a challenge.

The noise from the ventilation was a bit annoying to me but eventually, the staff helped me to change to a new room.

The bed is super comfortable and the bedding quality is very high, one of the best during my stay in Denmark. The staff in the hotel is very nice and supportive.

No elevator, had heavy suitcase hard to carry up and down. Our room facing the front, there are pubs down to the street, was noisy all night even with windows closed.

Room was small and quite warm. Opening a window was not an option since Jomfru Anegade is the pub-street of Aalborg. So I didn't sleep too well. Otherwise fine.

The shower box was inexistent (since bathroom /toilet is very small) and replaced by a curtain, almost on the top of the WC.

The receptionist guy at my arrival was very nice and helpful. The room was small and simply decorated but the essential facilities were there. The breakfast was good enough (but kaffe quality can be improved. ...)

The hotel was lovely and very clean. The staff were kind,polite and very accommodating. Enjoyed the breakfast. And the hotel is located in an excellent location with plenty of shops,restaurants and bars in the vicinity. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Aalborg Denemark.😊

Very noisy location- Fighting & shouting going on outside the hotel throughout the night. didn't get much sleep We were curious when we noticed that there were ear plugs provided on the table with tea & coffee...

It was a little bit hot in the room one night. The bathroom floor stayed wet quite long, would have wished to have something to wipe it off. No air-conditioning. Air vent was a bit noisy, so be prepared for that. No major complaints. We´ll be back if ever in Aalborg again :)

Great location in the city center. The hotel was surrounded by bars and nightlife, but our room had good sound proof and there were also ear plugs provided in the room, so we weren't disturbed. The room looked like it was recently refurbished, very nice and tidy. Friendly staff prepared gluten-free buns for breakfast upon request and also gave us tips where to go and what to see in Aalborg. We loved that breakfast was included! Very good price-quality ratio!
