It’s not possible to swap damp bathrobes for fresh ones, which seems very odd for a spa hotel and meant we have to use wet robes in the spa each day. The food at brasserie Carl was good, but overpriced compared to food in the city. Pillows could be better quality but bed very comfy.

Spacious comfortable room, incredible spa that was so much larger than we expected with so many facilities, ideal for relaxing after a long walk in the stunning nearby countryside. Room service was excellent and breakfast was light and healthy. Lovely view of the sunrise over the sea from our room (102) with a spacious balcony.

Though our stay was good, many small details were not quite perfect. There are errors in the maps and links of recommended walks around the hotel, no yogurt at breakfast, no espresso or other coffee choices at breakfast. The spa is good, but electronically operated lockers would definitely be a bonus. It took three tries to register our car for parking, as the system needed to do a reboot. None of this is very serious, but considering the price (for what is a very small room), I would expect a bit more. I think with a little more attention to detail, the hotel could deliver perfect stays.

Fully appreciate it is a health spa but I would have appreciated either a cut off point or a minimum dress code limiting languishing in spa bathrobes for public sitting areas or dining areas after a certain point. Evening dinner menu was quite limited.

Being asked by recepctionist to pay a deposit that was not mentioned earlier. It was difficult to explain that I do not have a credit card. Short opening hours of the spa and additional catchy charges for using the spa in the morning, as a result we did not get to use this amenity (which I paid for by choosing a more expensive room).

Breakfast was excellent but surprisingly few vegan options. Spa access only in the evening— should be available morning too at this price point. Nowhere walking distance to eat — limited to hotel cafe and restaurant which are nice but pricey.

Our room was really warm and you could only open the window a few centimetres. The bathroom door was frosted glass and had gaps all around so not much privacy. We had dinner in the restaurant and the main dishes were bland. I expected much more for the price.

Short and scenic drive from Helsingör. Close to Louisiana museum. Cosy spa with a nice inside pool area, different saunas, and a jacuzzi outside. You could also walk from the spa over the road to a private pier and have a swim in the ocean. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options.

-It was not possible to have a bath, even bathtub was very pretty, but the water was coming out with a lot of rust small pieces, need to put small net on a sink in bathtub, and the best is to change old pipes in building, because water itself has smell as well, maybe need better filtration for it. -the smell from the shower was not pleasant, need just to put special plastic flap in order to keep the smell from the drain. -no air-condition, during the day was very hot in the room in August, but at night, it was ok with open windows. -we went to a small, hot pool, without windows, located underground with our kid, because to go to the general big pool with beautiful atmosphere and nice view was not possible with kids. Me and my husband was very disappointed about that, we couldn't use nice pool because of kids' restrictions. (I would change this rule and let kids any age to come to the general pool just between specific hours.. morning, evening, couple of hours, otherwise it's not family friendly place at this point. I wanted to do a massage, while my husband could be in a pool with my daughter, for example, but because of these restrictions, we didn't do that. Hotel needs to think about families also.. if it's not adults' only hotel). The hotel has big potential, but need to add some things what to do for kids and parents, because it's nothing to do outside of the city and families expected some small but important things in order to spend time in relax with kids as well. It was a feeling that hotel focus oriented on members who live near by and going to gym, pool, spa of hotel, not foe guests of hotel who booking rooms. In general it was a nice hotel, but it could be great.

I liked everything.

Absolutely everything was likeable! The hotel was spotlessly clean, staff provided great service and were also very friendly yet professional. The spa included so much variety. The breakfast buffet included everything you could think of. The beach is right across the road with a lovely setup. Even rooms just 1 floor up such as mine with a courtyard view, actually include a sea view too, which was a fantastic surprise!

The glass sliding door in the bathroom wasn't optimal because it was quite noisy to open and didn't give full privacy in the bathroom.

the staff is very nice and helpful. The spa is great and offers many different options to relax in a comfortable atmosphere. The food at the restaurant and in the lobby is also very good and of high quality.

The toilet had glass doors and inside the bathroom there were not curtains to cover the light coming in the morning, the shower was not working properly, could not make the water colder. Room 119.

Food, spa, room and being able to take my dog everywhere. Everyone was extremely friendly and conscientious, asking me if my dog wanted water to drink. If I was comfortable and just very friendly and thoughtful.
