There is nothing that I didn't like.

The decoration and ambient of the hotel is very impressive. It is like an art gallery. Breakfast could have been richer. Rooms were extremely nice and large in comparison to the small rooms mostly found in Denmark.

The basic service was not displayed once in the room. No clear way to find WiFi or no mini bar or flyer to where to find services.

The bedroom was spacious and the bedding was really comfortable.

the prices. the hotel is very pricy, so we couldn't afford to book our stay with breakfast included.

We've enjoyed our stay in a very comfy bed and the fact that our room was soundproof so no one could hear us. Next awesome thing was shower, very spaceful and we could both fit in it easily, and we also must appreciate the service we've paid for, which was about decorating our room in a romantic fashion and a gift for my partner. The location of the hotel is also very good, it's very close to the train station (5-10 minutes), and the city centre is right next to it, with a grocery store right under the hotel. We've really enjoyed our stay and we can't wait to visit this place yet again :)

There's no restaurant inside so you can basically order only panini and some microwave heated food. The parking is quite expensive altough conveniently located. The options for breakfast were good but we were not amazed.

Good size rooms with cool design. The receptionist was helpful and upgraded us at a discount rate. Good soundproofing. Nice location in the heart of the city.

It was unfortunately that my flight was cancelled therefore I had to extend the stay and the same room category having balcony was unavailable and I had to move to standard room, but this is what it is, nothing wrong with the hotel except the room rate.

The location is close to Aarhus main station and convenient reach to restaurant, shops, bar and Museum. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, temperature was comfortable as well.

New, clean hotel and well decorated by modern art which reflects Danish loving art. I like the room decoration and the toilet finishings😍. The location is very nice and near the city centre.I highly recommend this hotel.

We thought it was perfect! But one thing to note, it’s a central location so it’s not silent outside on the streets - we stayed for new years so it was quite noisy with fireworks but that’s normal for that time of year. Only an issue if you’re a light sleeper - we brought earplugs and slept well! :)

Everything! It’s the nicest hotel we’ve stayed in a long time, one of the nicest ever! The beds are so comfy I actually miss them lol! The location is perfect for exploring Aarhus, staff are extremely kind and helpful, the on site cafe/bar is also very nice! The rooms are luxurious - they have the comfiest lounge chairs to chill out in and a nice big TV - and the bathroom/shower are great too. We really loved staying here.

Really cool hotel concept, I got an upgrade for my room and the room was the biggest one I have ever stayed in with amazing view and amenities. The staff was so nice and helpful, I got recommended a great restaurant nearby, the Radhus. Great breakfast, really well soundproofed rooms and great location.

The staff. The room should be ready after 15:00 but they checked us in later since they are not done cleaning, which is odd since they called me a day before to verify our room request. Also no 24/7 entry to the hotel. My friend caught cold the day after since they couldn’t come in quickly to the hotel after the party that we went to which ended at midnight. They had to call the receptionist for them to open up.
