Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Unfortunately, the breakfast let down our stay. We arrived for breakfast at 9.00am and there was no bacon, sausages and very little fruit on the buffet. A real shame because the buffet looked amazing.
The room was very nice, with view of Limfjord, absolutely beautiful! Staff were very friendly and with a smile. Lovely.

The room service guy was a little insistent.
The breakfast spread was very good. The location is great. Easy to drive around from the hotel. Also easy to walk around the city from the hotel.

The hotel itself was not what we were expecting to represent Radisson, the hotel was smelling like old and moisture stuff. The beds were too soft, the shower was not that clean and it looked like a cheap motel shower with an old curtain. We had room with a view (river view) and all we could see was the Radisson name hanged on the facade outside. We left and checked out around midnight because we were very dissappointed and decided to move elsewhere.

A “full size” bed is just two twin beds pushed together. They don’t even stay together as not effort is made to keep them that way other than a single sheet over both mattresses.

Dust in the lamps, dirty windows, old bathroom, very noisy because of traffic, the restaurant was a bad place to have dinner. Not in accordance to the price.

The hotel was not modern or well-maintained, and the facilities were lacking. The bed and other furnishings were less comfortable than those in a Radisson Blu.

The room was dated, plus I booked a Twin room, but was told that because I booked with Booking.com we were not priority & there were no more available on check in, but one maybe become available the next day. After returning from our day out the following day, a Child size temp Bed had been erected within the room. My Son is 17.5 years old & 6ft 3 tall. We continued to share the King Size Bed which was far from ideal.

Hotel is right next to the pubs that are open until 6am and very loud. Unfortunately, windows of the hotel are so bad that you feel you are partying all night with the crowd.

No air conditioning. Of course, I should have seen that, so that’s on me. The problem was Aalborg had beautiful weather and our room was incredibly hot. We couldn’t have the window open though because we were close to the road and unfortunately the building next to us were having some power washing and painting done, so that made it impossible to sleep past 7.30. Thankfully, we were able to have a fan the next night. Additionally, our shower was pathetic. The refrigerator was inside a cabinet getting extremely hot, so every time we opened the door we got more heat in the room.
The staff were top notch! Very helpful and accommodating. Beds were perfect, just like mine at home. Breakfast was actually very good. Many choices.

Unfortunately, we happened to stay on a warm night and there was no airconditioning in the room. The room was quite small and we had our dog with us, too. So we did not get much sleep on this occasion.
The hotel was in a convenient location near the waterfront and also close to city centre. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was abundant

Lack of A/C which is very problematic during summertime. There was a lot of noise from the street therefore sleeping with open windows wasn’t really an option.
