We loved the design of the hotel by Arne Jacobsen. And we had a special tour of room 606. But also the rooms were great, beds comfy, great block out curtains. Breakfast was good with lots of gluten and dairy free options. And the actual gf section was very separate from the other food. Great juices. Location was perfect. It is between the main central rail station for trains to and from the airport and a smaller station for city travel.

I wrote a review already, this was a few days I extended my stay. They were able to accommodate an extended stay at the last minute and were able to keep me in the same room which I really appreciated.

I would recommend putting a hook or two in the bathroom for hanging towels and pajamas.

The staff were exceptional. I arrived at 8 AM and they graciously were able to accommodate my request for an early check-in. The room was large, clean, had a magnificent view, and all the amenities were great. Prompt and courteous room service, excellent food, complementary water (including sparkling) and coffee every day--really couldn't have been better.

On our last day we decided to have breakfast at the hotel, but since all the tables were full, we sat at the bar. We could not get timely service due to the crowd. If you plan to have breakfast at the hotel, be sure to reserve your table in advance.

Great location and amazing view from the room. Comfortable bed and beautiful design of the room. Hotel staff surprised us with a birthday cake and the note because it was my husband’s birthday. Thank you very much for that.

I tried to reach the reception desk for a shower cap for 30 mins - the call was directly out on hold. When I personally went down, instead of an apology or explanation - the gentleman at the reception desk was unprofessional & the experience was disappointing.

Great experience - we arrived early and were accommodated without any issue. our 5 pm flight back home was cancelled and changed to an 11 pm flight. The hotel graciously offered a real late checkout.

The rooms are very small. The bathroom is awkward and the shower has no door which means the water easily spills out... Even with a towel down, this became soaked through. We happened to make our trip during a public holiday in Denmark. I asked a member of staff for guidance on restaurants and was told that nothing will be open... However, upon going on a walk to explore, practically every restaurant was open! Not a massive deal but would have been gutted had I decided not to venture out

The check-in process was very easy and the member of staff very helpful. The room was clean and the hotel is in a good location in proximity to the city centre and the train station. The restaurant and bar are very nice, as is the decor in the main entrance hall. The room is full of useful things such as a hairdryer, coffee machine, complimentary waters and toiletries. I needed an iron and this was delivered to me almost immediately after hanging up the phone to reception. The breakfast and restaurant staff were exemplary. So much choice and everything delicious

It was difficult to find/drive to the garage. we didn’t like that it said that the hotel has a sauna but in fact the fact the sauna belongs to the gym next to the hotel. It was a shame that when we started the AC we realized the morning after that it wasn’t clean. we have found pretty much dust on the floor and furniture under it.

We liked the location a lot, the design of the room, our view from the room. Also the design and the feeling of the restaurant. The staff was amazing!

Thanks for coming to us from behind the desk reception before even we reach their. I never seen this initiative in a hotel before in my whole life. Rabih: I feel you are my brother, a family member, you made the stay like second home. Thanks I loved the hotel because of how friendly and professional you are. Very attentive. You guys represent a great image for Radisson. Thanks Michelle for smooth quick check in. Thanks to all breakfast staff specially Dominique for being there all the time before we even need something. What nice seating arrangement for breakfast. Nice selections although still there is area of more improvement for breakfast varieties. What a lovely room with an amazing number one bathroom. Great housekeeping. I like how fast lifts are and always there is open one is waiting. This is a definitely certified come back hotel in my favorite list.

Iron and ironing board not in room. Received one very easily but prefer if it was in the room.

Rooms very comfortable and great bed. Sometimes in Denmark you get two singles put together rather than a true double but room had large double. Breakfast very good and staff very friendly. Very close to Tivoli and close to Metro etc. All round very good experience.

Awesome view over Copenhagen from our room window. Very modern furnishings in the room, I love a modern bathroom when travelling. The breakfast options were vast and delicious! Staff were friendly and accommodating. We were able to leave our bags and go explore the city before checking in at 3pm, and check out was only 12pm next day so could fit in a little bit of sightseeing before checking out. So central, literally a block away from main station. Right across the road from Tivoli and the city square. Plus there is a cinema a very short stroll away.
