Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomLocation is perfect. The room however wasn't great. Extremely noisy even from 16th floor. Didn't get a good night's sleep. Also very hot and stuffy, had to use AC even at 2/3 degrees temp outside. Expected more from this caliber of hotel. Staff were exceptional and breakfast was good.

TurkeyWe were disappointed with our recent stay due to heating issues in the room. The heating system wasn’t working, and while the staff provided a fan, it was enough to keep the room warm only until the air conditioning started blowing cold air on its own during the night while we were asleep. We woke up early in the morning to a very cold room. While the reception staff was kind enough to upgrade us to a suite, the damage was already done—my daughter caught a cold from that night and has been away from school for a week since our trip. I understand the building is old and that some air might come through the windows, but these issues have solutions, and it’s essential that heating systems are checked and functioning properly before guests check in. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.
Perfect location, clean, good breakfast.

SerbiaNot enough shower gels and shampoo. For a double room and two people in the room, you get one shampoo and one gel. You have to insist at the reception twice. The maids or the staff who do it, don't pay enough attention. Breakfast could be also better for hotel with 4,5-5 stars.

United KingdomThe room got quite warm during the night and the air conditioning didn’t really blow out cold air. Also there was a minor leak coming through one of the windows when the rain was heavy. Other than that good stay 👍🏼.
The property was central to all types of transport links and the view onto tivoli gardens was amazing.

NetherlandsThe windows are not insulated. There was work on the road going on at night outside and we could hear it for hours, which made it difficult to sleep several nights.
The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Plenty of complimentary water is also available in the room and the view was nice.

AustraliaWe asked for a queen/king-size bed. Instead, we got two single beds moved together on castor wheels. This usually forces people to sleep in single beds, which is not that great if you are a couple. If you move to the centre of the approximated beds, they move away from each other as the castor wheels and gravity demand. The room was nice, but I hated sleeping in single beds when I had paid for something else.
Breakfast was great. I also liked the view from our corner room.

United KingdomRoom was cold and I had to request a heater [which the hotel thankfully provided] and run it for a couple of hours to get the room up to temperature. Obviously, it was November in Denmark so it was cold outside but the windows did little to keep the heat in.

Additionally, noticed Bathroom door handles had too much smug mark in where we stayed. Even the curtains in the showroom had strain of Soap used by previous guest. Poor maintenance

United KingdomBreakfast was chaos far too many people and not enough tables. However, I will say the young staff on duty were very pleasant and . We had a suite which was very under equipped. There was an enormous television, which only provided two English speaking channels, CNN and BBC News. Nothing else on offer whatsoever no movie channels nothing! We never saw any staff.
The only good thing about it was at central location

TurkeyThe room was extremely cold, funny but colder than the outside. It was a room facing north, in the corner on the 9th floor. The heating system is old thats why even you turn it on it doesnt help at all. The reception gave us an additional heater it helped a little but of course it was very small and noisy during the night. The bathroom was also dirty. The back of the radiator was full of dust.
The location was good. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was super nice and helpful.

United KingdomReview for Radisson Collection Royal Hotel, Copenhagen Ah, the Radisson Collection Royal Hotel in Copenhagen—where five-star expectations go to rest. We arrived late thanks to a delayed flight, but not to worry! I had messaged the hotel in advance. The check-in lady was lovely, though, giving us the lowdown on the local sights and the breakfast buffet. Things were looking up…for a whole five minutes. Stepping into our room, we got the authentic “five-star experience.” The decor? Well-worn, to say the least. There was charming limescale on the shower head and floor, and the door frame looked like someone’s dog had enjoyed a good nibble. But, no dental kits! When we requested them, they finally arrived—proving that some amenities are available if you work for them. Moving on to the noise. You’ve got the trains clattering nearby, chimes of the Clock Tower and, as a bonus, nightly saxophone serenades from across the road near the Espresso House. The street musician kindly starts at 6 PM and plays until midnight, just so you don’t accidentally get any peace. But there’s a warning sign on the window to not leave anything on the ledge in case it rains, which was oddly specific yet somehow on brand. Then there’s the soundproofing—or complete lack thereof. The rooms are so close together that we were practically part of the neighbour’s conversations. You can hear doors opening and closing all night, which is convenient if you ever get lonely. Now, for the pièce de résistance: the mugs. Nothing says “luxury” like finding someone else’s lipstick on your cup. But wait, it gets better! After room service had come and gone, they kindly left the exact same used mugs, complete with lipstick and coffee stains. Call it vintage charm, or just poor housekeeping—I’ll leave that up to you. Of course, the TV didn’t work either, which was no big deal since it works like a radio what a charm! Who needs to see the screen when you can imagine what you’re hearing!
In the centre.
