We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clearly explained at check-in and the information guide on the TV was a great addition too. We liked that they offered to store luggage when we checked out rather than having to ask. The breakfast was good quality and there were plenty of options. The room was clean and comfortable - the view of Tivoli was spectacular too. The location was great - it's a bit of a walk to some of the attractions, but easily done and it's near a lot of other transport options (although we didn't use them in the end).

United KingdomRoom was too hot- there was air con but that's noisy and our stay was in December so we didn't expect to need air con. It was a bit noisy in the room even without the air con on- sounded like a nearby boiler/the heating system. Breakfast was expensive so we didn't eat at the hotel.
Nice corner room with a great view of the city. Nicely furnished with large bed and comfy chairs. Great location. Nice reception area when you walk into the hotel.

I get they are probably design pieces, nut they don't live up to the standards of your hotel in any way. The lipton tea. You should really upgrade. Would suit the experience. United KingdomThe hotel decor is fantastic, the room was big and chic, the view of the Tivoli park was breathtaking and the staff were amazing. I had left a message via the Booking app asking if possible to have a room on a high floor with Tivoli view as this was my husband’s 30th birthdat trip. We did get the room I asked for and we were also greeted by chocolates, lavander pillow mist, laid out slippers and a handwritten note in the room wishing us a great stay and a happy birthday to my husband. It made us feel super welcome and cared for. We also had water, coffee machine and toiletries in the room.

Glad that decided to stay in Radisson Collection Royal hotel. Its right next to Tivoli and has the perfect location to explore Copenhagen on foot and visit all main sights and point of interest easily.
