We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IsraelThe room has a very small closet, especially if you come for more than one or two nights. the room was not spacious although we took a superior room.
The location of the hotel is fantastic if you want to use public transportation. It's 5 minutes walk from Copenhagen's central train station, and close also to bus stations and the subway. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the city hall square and the shopping streets. There are a lot of restaurants in the neighborhood. The concierge service was very professional and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

Breakfast for vegetarians would only be worth it if you really stuffed yourself as the variety was limited, especially if I were to compare it to other premium/non-budget hotels with breakfast. Vegans should definitely avoid paying for breakfast here as there's basically no vegan protein.
Clean Hotel with very professional staff. Location was great. Room had the essentials as well as some bells and whistles, and the look and feel were comfortable. Sound insulation was good, although not enough to block out the harsher part of sirens for people who are light sleepers. We are pescatarian when we travel, so the breakfast for us was diverse enough to not be boring (but not to the extent that it was exciting). Also having fresh made poached eggs for breakfast is always a plus! Breakfast staff were friendly and responsive.

We really appreciated that they upgraded our room due to honeymoon. The view was amazing. You could see the whole city below you the room was spacious with lots of space and a large wardrobe. Extra points for the small gifts we were provided twice for our honeymoon.

United KingdomVery small bathroom and room overall small. Issue with dirt in toilet bowl upon arrival, rest of room very clean though. Had to chase up milk for tea/coffee each day during the stay as they hadn't been replenished. Bit frustration.
Room was well designed but lacked drawer and wardrobe space for clothes and shoes. Breakfast was excellent, great selection. Staff had a great 'can do' helpful attitude throughout the stay. Location excellent for transport links and seeing sights.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Everything about the RHC was marvelous. The location. The dining. The staff. The beautiful corner room. The comfortable bed. The fabulous shower. I look forward to coming back I have traveled extensively, and have experienced many luxury properties, and I will declare that this hotel is on the top 10 list for sure.

KuwaitWe were lucky to be there during the heat wave in Copenhagen and the temperature reached 27 degrees celsius. The most negative point was that the air conditioning was not cooling the room very well.
The hotel is luxurious, nice lobby, great staff and great hospitality. Room is nice and clean with great room view. The location is also amazing.
