Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThe room is ultra modern with form over function. Nowhere to store our clothes aside from a small open closet and one drawer. So we never unpacked. We were only there for 3 days but if we were staying longer this would have been very inconvenient. There was only one luggage rack so we had to use a side table. There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang our clothes when getting dressed or to hang wet towels. And the ultra modern shower made it difficult to shower without getting some of the bathroom floor wet.
The location was excellent. Just across the street from Tivoli Gardens and the Central Train Station. Lots of restaurants in the area, easy to walk around and the Hop On Hop Off bus was just outside. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We could see into Tivoli Gardens from our window. There was a refrigerator and we were given fresh water everyday which we appreciated.

MexicoProperty neighborhood is not as pretty as the rest of the city. Hotel value does not equate the high price you pay for it. It is a nice hotel but overprice
Breakfast was very good Location is good, close to train station and metro; also to city center (15 minutes walk to city center) Gym was really good Hotel offers additional packages for purchase (this is a good thing) but price is high for the quality you get. The in-house restaurant is really good but again expensive

United StatesThe WiFi connection went in and out. My husband not fond of this. Lack of storage space in the room. We stayed for 6 nights and had to leave many of our belongings in our suitcases. We called for the bell person to come up and fetch our luggage when we were ready to depart. After waiting for 10 minutes we took it down ourselves.
Location was excellent. Especially liked the concierge’s Kurt and Michelle. Also loved the rain shower.

Hong KongThe room I got was very small, which I didn't expect from a Radisson. The full size bed was against one wall. There was a small table and bench seat that formed a corner "booth" which was the only place to sit. The bathroom toilet barely had enough room; I am 176cm (5'9") tall.
The check-in was courteous and prompt. The room renovation is contemporary in style. The gym is actually a commercial gym in the connected office tower which the hotel has a back door access to. It has a lot of equipment but can be busy in the morning before work hours.

United KingdomThe hotel felt dated and the day we arrived it had rained all day. The rain was coming through the windows and dripping on the window sill, the window runners were also full of water. After notifying reception, housekeeping came and put towels along the window sill and said it was normal when it rained for the windows to leak in most rooms. Breakfast was not included in the room rate and seemed expensive if booked
The location is great for walking around the city. Great parking onsite.
