The toalett has uncomfortable smell. Maybe because of the age of the building. The carpet does not feel very clean.

Asked for 2 beds, one for my son and one for me. Only 1 bed when we arrived at the room and we were to tired to go down and change rooms. 1 double duvet did not work for us.

The phone in the room was dusty and not working, so I had to go downstairs in person to order room service for dinner. The bathroom drain smelled nasty.

Lobby was great and near attraction most close to my daughter place . Nice place to stay . Good people friendly. Breakfast was good .

Night reception was giving me a hard time because I didn't had a credit card with me. The hotel was prepaid and I offered him to pay a certain amount as deposit but he insisted on a credit card. Eventually you start talking in circles - the guest either has one or not.

Excellent location in the city center. Very cooperative staff. Quick check in and check out. Very clean room. Breakfast was nice but with not so much varieties.

Rooms starts to show signs of age; pillows are too soft, bathroom's fan not really ventilating and smell of sewage coming from the drains when using the facilities. Towels got changed during our stay, yet the floor/carpet weren't cleaned. Not sure if was overlooked or a directive for short stays.

Just a few minutes walking distance from the city centre. One minute walking from the Music hall and just a couple of minutes from Aros musem. The was someone at the reception always available. Efficient customer service. The view from the window was good and there is a decent amount of natural light coming in. Room service replace cleaning products if needed every day.

We should pay for parking,It should have been free for customers. The bed was so hard 😩 I could not sleep on it.

We could sometimes hear noise from next door, and the shower pressure wasn't great (with an occasional smell from the sink drain). The wifi was patchy at times. While the food was good, it was perhaps a bit expensive (both dinner and breakfast), while there were no options for lunch.

The location was within easy reach of the town, with lots of good restaurants and places to visit nearby. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and a good size. We had a great view of the ARoS museum from our window. The breakfast had a good range of options, while the food at the restaurant was tasty.

Loved the hotel however was upset when we came back on my birthday (sat the 3rd) at just after 11 for a drink in the bar (as said it closes at 12) The reception told my husband it closes 11? Understand if a week night? But it was Saturday? So we went to bed shame as we only wanted a couple for my birthday

Only 5 minutes walk to center and Latina Quarter.Very cozy room and nice view of the city. A very nice passage through the hotel for people to pass.
