Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Cleaning in the room can be improved, we had a tray with coffees that was left in our room for 2 days even though it was visibly not needed Chromecast in the room was not functioning properly
The front desk staff was very nice and helpful and we Really enjoyed the Casino Close to the Metro Breakfast was really nice and good value

The accessible room seemed to compromise bedroom space over bathroom size. This did not work with wheelchair user. If a solution can be found to have a wheelchair friendly bathroom and main room, it would be fantastic. There was also no adequate lighting near the mirror so my wife could do her hair and makeup.
Nice hotel, reception helped us move rooms as the first was not suitable. The first room had excellent bathroom for wheelchair user, but there was no space in the main room to manoeuvre a wheelchair. Swapped room and comprised with a bigger room, but less space with bathroom. Maintenance man was very helpful and serviced the wheelchair for us when I noticed a bolt had come lose. I only needed one bolt tightened, but he checked the whole wheelchair over. What a wonderful man.

the location isn't the greatest but it didn't effect our trip its about 20 minutes to Tivoli gardens but a scenic walk at that. there is a bus stop outside the hotel that takes you most places and you can buy tickets on an app on the phone. so not really an issue but just being nit picky.
the hotel lobby is beautifully designed and looks very luxurious. the room followed suit and was equally luxurious albeit a little bit small. large comfy bed however with good views and amenities. Also the sweets on reception where to die for! must eat!

Some of the listed items included were not there. We didn't receive slippers, and the gowns were a bit small. Other than that it was great
The hotel was clean and neat, the bed was extremely comfortable and the staff was wonderful and helpful with any requests and assistance that we needed. We absolutely loved the Blue elephant restaurant and would eat there any day again, the best Thai food I have ever had. The breakfast selection was expansive and all the food was delicious. I'm most happy about how child friendly the hotel was and accommodating kids.

The last time I visited Copenhagen I stayed at the CH and every room was sound proofed. Would have been nice to have that here too. Also once we had used the powdered milk it wasn't replaced. We upgraded but the room was still really small.

The self check in was a pain, and we eventually had to go to the very minimal reception desk for help. The breakfast was good (could have been hotter!) but very expensive for what it was. We paid £66 for three of us - I know Denmark is pricey but that seemed fairly steep. The location is a bit out of the city, but the very efficient Metro is close by, and the walk back from the city was fine, only about 20 minutes.
The hotel felt luxurious from the moment we walked in. Fantastic room overlooking the city with a panoramic view. Extremely comfortable beds, great bathroom, and some nice extras.

The restaurant at the lounge could include more vegetarian food options.
The staff were kind, patient and friendly. They even gave us an upgrade during the busy holiday season. Excellent location. Close to all the main attractions. The room was comfortable and nice. Clean and well maintained. The view from the room was breathtaking. Totally worth the price.

A couple of minor issues we had was not being able to turn the heating down from 19 degrees - we like it a little cooler during the night. Although we were able to open the window. This was okay for us when we visited in March but perhaps in summer this could cause an issue. I am sure the staff would be able to give you a fan if you needed though. Also we had issues connecting our phones to the tv to watch our steaming sites. This wasn’t really an issue as we didn’t really have time to watch anything but it is worth mentioning.
The room (standard with king bed) was the perfect size and had all the amenities we needed. All of the staff were lovely and really helpful. The hotel is close to a metro station which is only 2 stops away from the centre (about 5 min ride) so it was great for us.

The location is not the best, but this was expected with the price, but you can still walk to city center in 20 minutes. The hotel does not include car parking and you need to pay which costs up very much. The hotel also has a casino which makes the hotel very crowded on weekend nights.
Room had a nice view of the city and it was clean and get cleaned every day. Open buffet breakfast included most of the things and was very tasty. Hotel bar is also nice to get few drinks at the end of the day
