They repeat the same breakfast throughout the year as I was there for 7 days in May 2023 also. Moreover, they do not have any variety for vegetarians except POTATO FRIES . NON VEGETARIANS COULD ENJOY LOT OF THINGS BUT VEGETARIANS HAD NOTHING -(((( They also do not have facilities like Sauna, massage or swimming pool etc. People cant get anything to eat in the hotel as they dont have any good restaurant with variety of food except BURGERS :-(((

Location- across the water and too far from city center. Out room was not consistently cleaned. they are understaffed with cleaning staff. there was a noise coming from the plumbing in the bathroom. The room was cold - we were told it is central heat that they cannot control- they gave us a heater.

Overpriced for the quality of the hotel. Lift noise can hear till the very end of each floor. Staff seems bothered by clients. Amenities never replenish. Room service limited choices and extremely expensive

The bed was not comfortable for me. The cleaners wouldn’t clean the room until 3pm, so everyday I came back in the afternoon to rest, the room was not clean. Lastly, the day I was flying out the hotel had no hot water. So I had to shower with cold water in 0 degree temperature. If the hotel is a 4 star hotel and charging for a certain class, I expect better service for the price paid. Based on the hotel location, bed comfort and the hot water situation, I don't think I will stay here again.

Excellent gym facilities and the Propety was super clean. Excellent staff.

Room layout is bad, doors stuck in place and poorly fitted. Terrible breakfast value. No room service menu or anything we could find. Nothing about it makes me think it's anything more than a 2-3 star business hotel except that it has a casino.

The mini bar was empty and dirty and the blue light on it lighted up the room so we had to put towel on it. Under the bed was dirty and garbage from former residents. They never refilled shower hat and the glasses.

We were told that it was not possible to change temperature in the room. It was very warm, meaning we had to keep window open over night and accept it would be noisy. We were also provided with a fan but this made limited difference.

The restaurant (dinner) was just awful - the food unedible and the staff unfriendly - apparently many people complained about this before - looks like they refuse to do anything about it! The whole self service check in is the biggest nonsense - friendly service mentality was missing!

The work tables in the lobby were great - I got a lot done The coffee at the breakfast was also great even though it was from a machine - this was a good setup.

I booked it as it said a wellness centre and believed it it had a sauna and facilities. When asking the staff they said they got rid of them when renovating. I only really booked it because it had spa/ wellness facilities, so I think booking.com should make it clear as it filtering hotels I always click spa facilities, this one did come up and said wellness centre. Another thing is our room wasn’t cleaned? We were left towels, but not teas and coffee for the next morning so I had to go down to the reception late at night when I realised. And be warned the beds are so so hard. It was quite pricey but I did believe I was getting the Radisson blu style and quality. But I think the renovation only makes it look like a raddisson, defo one of the worst 4 star I’ve stayed in.

It is beautiful! The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Great location to get onto the metro.

Shower pressure was poor. Bathroom door wouldn't shut unless fully locked. Paid extra for a second person in the room (accidentally only put 1 on booking) but on checking there is not normally an additional cost and it was £60. This did not include breakfast. Not many places to put clothes. No warning about works going on in the hotel Tea and conplentaries were not topped up 2 wine glasses but 1 one tiny (not much when having a glass of wine together)

The room was dirty upon arrival The minibar was full of old dried liquids on the sides and where you place bottles. The area around the window looked like it hasn’t been cleaned for a year. Incredibly dirty and sticky on the floor and on the wall next to the window. House keeping was almost non existent. They did not take dirty glasses away or provide clean towels and the like. The beds were also not properly made .

The check in was by far the longest one I've ever experienced. The employee was slow and not helpful. We had been traveling for 18 hours with our baby when we arrived and she was just standing there, guiding us to check us in by ourselves instead of helping us at the screen. At one point I was not sure if it was her or me who worked there. She also asked if we had ordered at baby cot and we had when booking the room but there was no baby cot in the room. We also booked a room with a double bed but it was twin beds so we had to put them together for a double bed ourselves. The room was also quite cold and even though we adjusted the temperature it didn't work. The room was clean, but that was the only good thing. Definitely not worth the money.

My rating takes the high price for a superior room of 200,- EUR per night into account. Given this price, I was slightly disappointed with how the rooms are equipped, with the breakfast and the service, especially in the bar restaurant. A wardrobe is the least I expect when staying for five nights in a hotel, for example.

Good location with nice view to the town and walking distance (30 min.) to the Centre.

My room was very dusty, the bed frame, surrounding picture frames on walls and bedside lights had not been dusted in a while, I could see all the dust particles floating when I was in bed, I had to get up and clean it myself with some wipes I had. I stayed in this room for a further 2 nights (on a separate booking) as I was there for a work conference and the daily cleaning service was terrible, very basic, used cups and glasses were not taken out of room, bed was not make properly. The phone was also disconected from my room meaning I couldn’t ring reception for room service etc

Cleanliness could be improved - Our room had dust everywhere, cups and glasses were dirty, bathroom towels were with spots, there was also missing toiletries. We had to call and get everything a couple times. While trying to leave this complain at the checkout the reception was not ager to do so. Its a branded hotel chain and we stayed at other same chain hotels and never faced such issues but here, to be honest, we were disappointed!

Location and the rooms ambience were okay. We had requested a queen bed while the room had twin but the staff immediately changed it which was very much appreciated.

The room was too hot and there is no air con. The virtual check in does not work - there needs to be a proper desk with more people available. There is literally zero information in the room about the hotel and how things work

Room was smallish but well designed and clean. Breakfast was great - good quality and lots of choices.
