The room temperature was too hot and there is no option to control it; unfortunately we slept very badly for the two nights that were there. Staff could not do anything about it as its centrally controlled. I also felt the (pre booking) help via the chat on booking.com wasn’t very helpful, questions left mostly unanswered.

The hotel has a very beautiful lobby and overall design. The rooms are beautiful and we had a beautiful view over the city. Employees were all friendly. I would definitely stay here again for this.

We only got one bathrobe and slippers despite being two people, and our kettle leaked the entire stay even after we had notified the staff. The housekeeping came at inconvenient times, and we couldn't ask them to come later as they didn't speak or understand English. Also the pillows could've been better.

Rooms are nice, and the hotel itself is pretty. The view from the high floors is great! The TV was a nice size for watching from the bed.

So close to a station. We arrived a little early and they still checked us in. The rooms were so nice. The additional extras in the bathroom and the coffee machine was a lovely touch. The beds were very comfy.

Please do carry ur brush and toothpaste. That wasn't there in my room. Probably u could ask at the reception, but I carried my own so I didn't worry much about it.

Public transport is close to the hotel. Bus and trains are at 3-5mins distance. The hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. There is a variety of breakfast options. Even in the night, around 1 a.m., I could walk to the hotel from the city without any worry. I would definitely stay at Radisson again when I m visit Copenhagen again. Rooms are clean, and the bed is good. There was a hairdryer, towel, shower cap, shampoo, conditioner, and everything that is mentioned in facilities.

If you're afraid of heights, this may be a terrible option for you. It's a very high building, and you could hear the howling and whipping of the wind very loudly in the room. The faucet was quite low, so it was difficult to fill up the provided glass bottle or any at all. And the water pressure is very weak. The room service fee is unreasonably high, more than a dessert (100DKK).

The hotel's location is well-situated, there is a bus and metro close-by, reaching the city centre (Nyhavn) within 10-15 minutes and the airport within 20 minutes. The lobby area is very welcoming with quick self-checkin and checkout as well as greatly helpful staff. Radisson Rewards Members are invited to the Wine Hour for a free wine as a thank you gift. The room was spacious and clean with the most comfortable beds. The TV included Casting, so you were able to cast content from your phone very well. That was a big bonus. There are mots of areas to hang and place your belongings. The bath is spacious enough with an open shower that does not spill water all over the floor and that dries quickly. They have three restaurants, and a gas station serving Starbucks Coffee right in front of the building.

Underneath my bed was dirty, had snacks, dust and a plastic cup that was not ours. The toilet took x2 flushes to get clean, as the water was very limited.

Loved the room-decor and lighting, hair-drier, view, the quiet night and the self-check in. Nice lobby decor too and fabulous breakfast.

The newly renovated check in area looked nice but doesn't really work. When busy, it's getting really crowded very quick. When I checked in only two out of the 6 self check in computers was working, so that made the check in time quite long, even with only a few people checking in.

Staff very helpful. Location very good, only 15 mins walk from the city. Great view from the room.
