Water pressure could have been better in the bathroom but wasn't a huge issue.

Really good hotel, excellent location. Room was a good size and comfortable. Very good value for money. 20 mins walking distance to some top attractions.

If you have the window open, you can hear a lot of the traffic.

The decor of the hotel was very nice, the room was also very clean with a comfortable bed. Very close to the metro station so you can get into the centre very easily

Great location, close to metro station. Lake View of the entire city was quite nice. Clean bathroom, spacious room. Good lighting and mirror. Hotel lobby was very spacious.

It was a good experience. Very quick check in. My room was available for earlier check in. But a room was not properly cleaned. It was coffee spillage on the floor but it was cleaned very quickly after requesting it.

Perfect location - close to the Fristaden Christania, also Tivoli gardens are 15min walk from the hotel. Amazing view. Very comfortable bads.

The bar like most big hotels was a little soulless, and staff busy serving the restaurant so there was a wait to be served, but the drinks were good quality and it was immaculatly clean. In general we liked everything.

Lovely hotel, great location, 4 minutes stroll from the Metro, 10 minutes into city centre. Lift was super fast, room was warm, clean, good toiletries and comfy bed. Staff were all nice and helpful.

Please provide milk for tea/coffee making (long life would suffice).

My 14th floor room was spacious with a lovely view over the lake to the Christianshavn area (a nice walk along the lake & across the pedestrian bridge). The flat path takes you to town (approx. 2km & be wary of bikes) or use the bus from the stop on the main road at the rear of the hotel. There is no air con although the window can be opened slightly. I found the room a little stuffy at times (I visited in August). There was a mini fridge however it did not work (I forgot to advise the hotel about this). The room had basic bulk bottled toiletries, iron & ironing board, tea & instant coffee making with a kettle, however no milk, so I obtained this as needed from the bar. The breakfast was great with a good variety & the light meals eaten at the bar area were delicious.
