Lovely clean hotel. Very comfortable beds. 15-20 minute walk to the city centre. Close to the metro station.

Rooms were clean, comfortable and as expected and had a great view of the City. Staff were very helpful & pleasant. Stayed here when completing Ironman Copenhagen (but didn't' have my bike with me - that travelled separately). The hotel is about a 15-20minute easy walk from the City Centre. It's one of the taller buildings and thus can be easily spotted when in the City Centre.

Upon arrival, dust on shelves. Found a previous occupant’s sock just slightly under the bed, but visible. TV and radio didn’t work. No milk in the room to make a hot drink and when phoned down for some, staff wanted to charge me 100Kr. The car park was very expensive, costing us over 1000Kr for our stay. Make it cheaper for guests !!!!!!

Lovely room with view. Great breakfast. Friendly, helpful, knowledgable staff - particularly one lady/girl, (tall with blonde hair) who knew how to help us get a refund for crossing the (very long) bridge in Denmark, informing us about bank details required that we knew nothing about. A huge thank you to her. Great gym. Lovely foyer. Quick elevators. Having a car park, although this was very expensive for hotel guests.

It is quite expensive.

The view from the room was amazing! The location is very good since there is a metro station at about 7 min walk. There is also a seven eleven store at about the same distance if you need to buy anything. It was very clean.

Breakfast selection could be better. Washrooms in the common area near the lobby were very poorly maintained. Not what you expect from a Radisson hotel.

Very good "big" hotel, although not the greatest location (OK, but a 10 minute walk to train, and otherwise a bit "away"/isolated). Very good room, excellent breakfast, good facilities and staff. Stayed for short (2-night) stopover in Copenhagen, very good place to stay. Fully meets expectations for big chain highrise hotel.

The mattress was really hard. The breakfast was okay but comparable to other Radisson hotels (there was no menu to order extra things) and after 8 it was incredibly crowded. The building from the outside looks not very inviting.

Book the hotel, you won't regret it!

Loved everything about this hotel. It's in a nice location not too far from the city centre. The room is spacious and comfortable. The lifts are fast and plentiful. There's an amazing Thai restaurant onsite. I enjoyed a free happy hour session in the lounge area downstairs which was amazing. The staff are helpful and efficient. Excellent value for money.

the check-in took extremely long, for 10 persons to check-in into 6 rooms it took almost an hour. The staff was not as response as I would expect from such hotel chain. We booked quite a while ahead, they could pre check us in and have the cards ready. The windows were so dirty it was disturbing the view out of the room.

I paid extra for special view room but there was no view from the room so I think it was not good thing. The hotel is 2 km from city center.

Casino and comfortable room. The food at Thai restaurant was very good. I got early check at 11.00 am and my room was ready.
