Television choice very limited 99% Danish only BBC world service.

Good sized room with all necessary facilities.Breakfast spoilt for choice all really fresh produce altough very busy plenty of seating and attentive waiting staff. Highlight of the stay was dinining in the onsite Thai restaurant its a must best food outside of Thailand. Metro staion nearby and als plenty of taxis at hotel. View from room was looking out to the harbour and canals.

Securitys came in the middle of the night because Inhaf a normal conversation with my friend and they told us there were neighbours concerned. Never had this before.

Good hotel all round!

All round good hotel in Copenhagen. The room was lovely and we loved the views from our room. The hotel is newly refurbished, we really liked the decor in the common areas. Although the hotel is on the outskirts, it takes literally 5 mins on the metro to get to the main city bit so really it feels very central. Would definitely come back!

Temperature in the room was permanently cold. We tried to set the thermostat at 23 C, but the temperature was permanently around 20C.we asked for somebody to fix this. But they only sent us a heater, which wasn’t any use at all.

The rooms are nice. Breakfast is great.

No slippers, understood that they were out of stock. Complicated chek in procedure, despite having multiple desks and personnel with tablets. Wrong room given to us at check-in. Waited another hour or more to receive the correct one.

View was superb from our room. Location good both for walking to Central areas or to use bus (in front) or metro (5 min walk) Breakfast was pretty good, also breakfast area was very crowded - many guests. There were some mistakes done at check in which made our experience less pleasant at the begining, however the reception team compensated with a quite late check out time which was very useful as we had a late flight back. All in all, it was a nice experience. So we would recommend. Hoping slippers stock will not be disrupted next time :)

The only issue we had was that there was something wrong with the lock of our door on the last day. Once security arrived, it was fixed fairly quickly but I was a bit disappointed being asked to wait for them outside of the room after a long day of exploring Copenhagen rather than being offered to wait at the bar or something like that.

Great value for money, close to metro and bus stops but also a nice walk away from main attractions.

Very noisy, close to elevator. Impossible to adjust thermostat. So many elevators, but could be waiting for 10 minutes to get down to ground floor.
