Couldn't get hot water. Best we got through whole stay was luke warm.

Location was brilliant - close to canals. Wonderful view of the city. Enjoyed ease of access to all of the things we wanted to do. Breakfast was also very good - wide array of food options and nicely organized.

The cleaning of room can be improved. We have no shampoo or body wash in our room. We called reception asking for more to be brought to the room but the only brought shampoo We stayed for 3 nights but they never replaced the coffee or cups so on the last morning we we our of cups and Coffee. Also in a hotel like Radisson Blue I would expect a coffee machine not single use patches

we had room 514 right opposite the lift, very noisy, you could hear the lift noise all night. The toilet in the basement (next to the Thai restaurant) is very filthy, it's a disgrace

The room didn't meet totaly our expectation, it's a little bit expensive for what it is. The bed was hard and the pillow was a little bit small

very good breakfast, the restaurant Blue Elephant is also very good! Metro and bus are nearby, you can go to the city center and airport very easily

In breakfast time there was filter coffee ready in every table. Instead of that coffee from machine was excellent and hot. To save environment, don’t add filter coffee to every table.

Was quite expensive, but could have been the date, because it was a national holiday.

The best part was definitely the breakfast, it was EXCELLENT with a very cozy atmosphere. The location is very good too, easy to get in and out, parking directly at the hotel. Perfect if you travel by car.

No AC or way to adjust temp in room which I found odd for such a posh hotel but they offered us a fan. It was a bit far away from the main centre I’d say so had to use metro

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were quiet and we had a lovely view of the city. The hotel is not central, but the bus and train connections were very convenient.

Our room was next to elevators, we were hearing vibrations the evening when we are back. It made us uncomfortable unfortunately and we didn’t had time to deal with it or tell the staff to relocate So avoid rooms next to elevators (Also there was a weird vibration sound coming from the roof or walls smh 🤦🏽‍♂️, didn’t understand what was it, only happening the evening) A bath robe would be good to have.

The Thermostat in the room didn't allow us to change the temperature of the room so we had to keep the window open at night as it was quite warm in the room.

We attended on the 1st of May with our 18 month daughter on our first family holiday from Scotland. The reception check in was done well by (Maria Jose) she upgraded us to a superior room and sorted us a cot for our daughter. The view from the 19th floor was excellent, as was the cot, tv and bathroom. Housekeeping were friendly and did their job well. We didn't use the gym or in house restaurants, the bar at reception looked nice. We would use this hotel again in the future. Location wise if you leave the front of hotel you are around 15/20 minutes to main square/station and Tivoli. We explored the islands Brugge area and enjoyed Wolf and Konstali. If travelling in the summer everywhere is within 30 minutes walk. Or accessible via Metro which is 5 minutes away.
