I hit my head on the corner of the additional bunk bed. Maybe they could put one of those "child protection" stickers on it.

The restaurant is very good — both dinner and breakfast were very tasty.

Nothing to complain about, excellent throughout. The Hotel stay & Food is not cheap but the whole of Denmark is quite expensive so it was the best option for me travelling as a solo traveler.

As I was away early both mornings the Hotel provided a Grab & Go Breakfast that was of a very good standard. Staff were excellent from reception through to the waiters in the restaurant. Excellent service and everyone spoke really good English.

What was served for breakfast wasn't entirely our style. Yoghurt in very small portions, cheese with a strange taste, tea from a machine that didn't reach high enough temperatures. Furthermore the water in the pool was cold. After 20-30 min you kind of had to leave because of shivering. On the plus side: because of this it was never that many persons in the pool.

Quiet, forresty surroundings, didn't feel crowded although we visited in July, free use of frisbee/football/badminton equipment.

No possibility to make a cup of coffee in the room. Not even drinking glass was available. My Wife and I prefer to use water glass when brushing teeth's, so we took cups at the coffee station at the reception.

Staff very friendly and nice. Meet cleaning, reception, bar and breakfast restaurant staff. All very polite and nice. Room very nice, bed very good - a little firm, which is also my preference.

The shower felt claustrophobic. A sign saying where the ironing board was would have helped…

The staff were lovely, helpful but relaxed. The breakfast delicious and outside eating area was very peaceful.

Small bathroom

The staff at reception is kind. They offered the possibility to use their bicycle washing equipment at the back of the building before storing the bike in safe containers. Awesome: bike shower included! The room is quite nice, but the bathroom was really small. I had dinner at the restaurant, the menu is not big, but I found something to eat and the meal was nicely presented.

Pool could be bigger. Once there is more than 6-7 people it feels crowded.

Breakfast and dinner options were really nice. Location of hotel is perfect. Staff are super efficient and friendly and always have time for a smile.

Room size is a bit small for 2 adults and 2 children.

Very friendly staff. Thoughtful games for kids. Excellent breakfast, very diverse and tasty. Perfect location for outdoor activities.

After a Birthday celebration in town I reached the hotel shortly before 2 am early morning on 2nd. From the room above, I heard people moving around from 7 am, just normal hard shoes, but the noise insulation between the floors was so poor that the sound woke me up..

The room was a bit small for 4 people.

Breakfast was very good and with a lot of choises. Restaurant was cosy and beautifully decorated. Beautiful surroundings with plenty of choises for walks with dogs.

The parking driveway was re-done without prior notice at 8am in the morning, blocking vehicles from leaving for some time. This was extremely frustrating.

Shower flooded the bathroom. It’s a 2-mile walk from the town centre or a 120-130 KR taxi ride (£15+ for less than 10 minutes).

The hotel lacks authenticity, it seems like you're "just a number". The wi-fi was impossible to use and it kept dropping off. When I complained to the staff they just shrugged their shoulders. It was an expensive stay, definitely not value for money.

The location was strategic. Easy parking. Breakfast was nice.
