We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomRoom v small. Reviewing the online pic of a twin room I now see how they took the shot. You could call it a bit dishonest. There were two bed but with a foot max between abd then a luggage rack, small table and tiny bench seat. It wasn’t more than a small bedroom estate agents call a double when we know it’s really a single. That said, the beds were v comfy and the bathroom had decent surfaces to put sponge bags etc. not always a given.
Clean, welcoming reception staff. Things worked. Near town and right by hop on bus service and the landing place for the excellent Hey Captain social sailing tour.

United KingdomBreakfast is VERY busy, you are asked to pre book a time slot but on arrival are not seated and at times it can be hard to find a table. A proper seating arrangement would be better. Over eager staff clear plates and half drunk coffee cups if you both leave the table to get something else! Room lighting & sun blinds remote system is a bit confusing

United KingdomI didn’t like the fact you had to ask reception for fresh towels daily. The old wet towels lay in the bathroom. There was no daily room service, if you wanted it you had to request it. Breakfast in the morning can be a bit chaotic.

ThailandHotel does not have luggage room. Luggage locker need to pay 50 DKK for 3 hours. We arrive at Copenhagen at 10 am and go to the hotel and can not check in until 3 PM. It is the first time that I have to pay for Luggage storage service. This service is suppose to be free of charge. The room is modern decoration and nice material but do not have refrigerator and electric kettle which is very common in this level of the hotel. The bathroom does not has bathroom foot towel.
Room is nice decoration, clean and comfortable, good breakfast and convenient location not far from Oslo Main station.
