Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We stayed 4 nights, may we suggest that two chairs as two guests, Also additional towel rails as the current ones do not allow one to hang two towels to dry. Also needed for floor towel and hand towels.The staff were great and the meals were excellent !
Bright airy room, able to access fresh air, bed very comfortable . Good position to walk around the area.

Room v small. Reviewing the online pic of a twin room I now see how they took the shot. You could call it a bit dishonest. There were two bed but with a foot max between abd then a luggage rack, small table and tiny bench seat. It wasn’t more than a small bedroom estate agents call a double when we know it’s really a single. That said, the beds were v comfy and the bathroom had decent surfaces to put sponge bags etc. not always a given.
Clean, welcoming reception staff. Things worked. Near town and right by hop on bus service and the landing place for the excellent Hey Captain social sailing tour.

Pillows were too thick and couldn’t sleep well. We requested to have the room cleaned but our used coffee mugs were never cleaned or replaced and we didn’t get a restock of tea and coffee.

Breakfast is VERY busy, you are asked to pre book a time slot but on arrival are not seated and at times it can be hard to find a table. A proper seating arrangement would be better. Over eager staff clear plates and half drunk coffee cups if you both leave the table to get something else! Room lighting & sun blinds remote system is a bit confusing

If you arrive earlier before check-in time, please know that the luggage room use is for extra pay and is not for free (we have travelled a lot and see it for the first time).

I didn’t like the fact you had to ask reception for fresh towels daily. The old wet towels lay in the bathroom. There was no daily room service, if you wanted it you had to request it. Breakfast in the morning can be a bit chaotic.
A nice modern hotel offering a wide choice of breakfasts.

The fact that you had to book a session in the swimming pool rather than coming and going freely.

Top floor drinks were way overpriced and the bartender there wasn’t the most welcoming or comforting.
The size to accommodate, the top floor view, decent fitness center, clean room, all worked.

Pool isn't included in price. No moisturiser. Room was tight with the sofa as a bed in the family room. Not much floor space.

The carpets on the corridors, the housekeeping was not on time and my kids’ bed was not maid on arrival ( and it was late 10PM) Also we had to pay for the pool 🤦🏻♂️

Hotel does not have luggage room. Luggage locker need to pay 50 DKK for 3 hours. We arrive at Copenhagen at 10 am and go to the hotel and can not check in until 3 PM. It is the first time that I have to pay for Luggage storage service. This service is suppose to be free of charge. The room is modern decoration and nice material but do not have refrigerator and electric kettle which is very common in this level of the hotel. The bathroom does not has bathroom foot towel.
Room is nice decoration, clean and comfortable, good breakfast and convenient location not far from Oslo Main station.

roof bar was closed, other bar closed at 10.30, had to pay to store luggage, pricey to upgrade to get tea and coffee making facilities.

If you want to use the Pool you have to pay extra since it is part of the SPA. This information should be made much more clearer.
Very clean and modern rooms with spacious bathrooms. The breakfast buffet was really nice with many options to choose from.
