Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. The temperature in the room was quite hot, which made it somewhat uncomfortable to be in for long periods.
Fantastic hotel situated a short taxi ride from Billund airport. I stayed here with a friend during a long weekend, and we were impressed with the property as soon as we entered. The reception staff were kind and attentive, helping us to resolve a minor issue with our booking, and our twin room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast options were the best I have had anywhere, with a variety of English and Continental choices (we especially enjoyed the waffles!). There are also excellent bus links to other towns in the area, which allowed us to easily take day trips to Vejle and Kolding.

Occasional noise from the hall (thin door) but nothing preventing a good night sleep. The breakfast could do with some more hot options (e.g. full English breakfast). Additional charge for using a credit card. The charge itself is mentioned in the smallprint on Booking.com but there is no info anywhere about it being 3.45%.
Nice hotel near Legoland. The online reviews are a bit mixed, so I didn't really know what to expect, but my friend and I were positively surprised with the business double rooms. I guess most of the negative reviews is about the standard rooms. The hotel is close to Billund Airport (two bus stops + a pleasant 10-min walk) and Legoland itself (10 min on foot). It looks more like a motel from American movies than an actual hotel (whichis often pojnted out in reviews for some reason) but that wasn't a problem at all. The (business) double room and bathroom were spacious, clean and quiet (at the back of the hotel). We got rooms next to each other as requested. There was a large desk and fan in the room, together with tea/coffee and a kettle. Wi-fi worked very well. There was a good selection of cold and hot produce at breakfast, including scrambled/boiled eggs, bacon, sausages, mushrooms and fresh-made waffles. Coffee was really good!

Beds were soft and I didn’t sleep well. Somewhat isolated location without a car.

Could have been more ventilation in the bathroom
Received an upgrade of our room and were allowed to stay in the same room when we booked an extra night! Staff was very friendly and helpful to accommodate anything we asked. Rooms were neat and clean.(+Big tv) Breakfast was delicious (especially the cinnamon "tarts"). Location was perfect for visiting Lego house, Lego land and Lalandia aquadome.

Staff was very helpful and the breakfast was delicious. Location was very close to Lego Land, Lego house and Lalandia! We received an upgrade for our room and they also let us extend our stay in that room for another night! Rooms were very clean and neat. Massive tv!

The chromecast didn't work. The room was in a separate building nearby and we had to use rain gear in the morning to go to the main building for breakfast since it was raining heavily.

Room was very small and basic, though clean and functional. TV is very strangely positioned, cannot watch from bed nor sofa, not that we ever switched it on, but would have been pointless if we did.
Great location, friendly and helpful staff and excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed.

Location is quite remote, a 15-20 minutes walk to either Legoland or town centre. No air conditioning, only a fan. Rooms are quite dated, pictures provided on the webaite look far better than the actual rooms, probably there are a few renovated rooms that are used for promotion.

Very small window, so hard to ventilate the room when it is stuffy inside. Covers for additional bedding were missing. Expected better room for such price.
Good location (Lego House - 20 minutes walk, Lego Land -15 min., Lalandia - 10 min.), trampoline for kids near hotel. Breakfast was delicious. Kind and helpful hotel staff.

It was hot in our room so we put the fan on which stirred up a bit of dust from under the bed.
Breakfast is amazing, so many options & very fresh. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Even though noise travels through the doors & walls, both times we have stayed here it’s been very quiet. It’s just a short walk to the bus & lalandia with restaurants, shops, kids activities as well as Legoland. It’s also just an easy 40 min walk from the airport if you arrive late like we did and missed the bus.

The furniture in the room is a little bit old, but comfortable. The price for overnight staying is quite high but as everywhere in Denmark.
The Hotel is situated not far away from Legoland park, the road is close but not heavy traffic so it was rather quiet. Nice breakfast and very tasty dinner at the restaurant.

It was too warm in the main building where we had breakfast and also in the lobby, which made sitting down and reading brochures uncomfortable.
The location was great for what we wanted. The breakfast was very good with a great selection of choices. The staff were extremely helpful and everybody was very polite and welcoming.

We really liked our stay in Svanen. The room was clean and breakfast good. The staff was so nice and helpful, especially a receptionist called Stine, she was so friendly. We would stay in Svanen anytime again.

Furniture in the room was a bit dated and tatty. My room was very hot and I couldnt find a way to lower the temperature. Slightly limited evening menu for a vegan. No other comments everything else was good.
Lounge area in reception was great to relax in. Front desk staff were so helpful and cheery. Breakfast buffet options all had allergen details clearly displayed. Comfortable pillows in the bed. Nice bedlinen.

We had to wait almost an hour for the ordered dishes in the restaurant, although it was not really busy...Also the waitress forgot do serve us the drinks we ordered. These were brought to us after we finished eating...
