Cleanliness could be a bit better.

The location is great. Most places around the center are easily accessible by foot. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We booked a basic room which turned out to be not properly cleaned. So we were upgraded to a much nicer room.

As with all WakeUp hotels, the breakfast is somewhat restricted, so it's not a treat, but it has everything to get you started for the day.

The beds were not great and the pillows were thin and full air so they were bad too. The bathroom is the worst tho because the door couldn’t close kept rolling open and it was all glass walls which is a bit weird when you are travelling with family and not a partner. Also be mindful some rooms have a window that is looking on a concrete wall, no light no sky just a wall

The location is amazing! Next to a food street and the central! They upgraded our rooms because my mom kept complaining for free! The girls on the reception were so kind and gave us lots of suggestions for the town and helped us with the rooms. The beds are big but not great

The room didn't look like it had been vacuumed beforehand and it was a little bit annoying not having a switch for the lights right over the bed (could only turn these off by walking back to the door and removing the keycard from the power slot. Generally all fairly minor issues though.

Good facilities (bar and lounge room) and great location. The staff were all very friendly and didn't seem to be too put off by my having to switch to English almost immediately on realising how rusty my Danish has gotten.

The sink from our bathroom was a bit a dirty, and the only utility that there was in the room was some water glasses and the tv. There was a curtain in the window, but still at the night when we were going to sleep the room it was really bright cause of the widow. After checking out u can’t use the toilets that are downstairs cause they will require your keycard, what could also be good so people from outside don’t use it.

The hotel was good located, and you could do almost everything by walk. The staff was nice and the Wi-Fi connection was good. There was a television with a lot of different channels and the rooms were quiet.

It is a new hotel and the price was algo good, a short walk to the city center, around 15 min, but there is a bus that stop in front that can take you in 5 min

Nothing really to add here, the bathroom glass door has some water stains, probably after cleaning, but the rest is spotless clean.

The location is very nice, near the center of Aarhus, 2minutes away from trainsstation. Very quiet and comfy.

Elevators are slow, so being on the top floor and trying to leave takes a while. The rooms are a little squishy. While I appreciate being able to park in the mall parking lot, almost next door, it would have been nice if there was bit of discount for parking from the usual rate. The showers are a little small, since one door wouldn't stay open and I'm wide.

It's right beside a nice shopping mall which starts the main retail drag of the city. Easy walk to different cultural buildings -- e.g. ARoS The rooms are bright

It was lacking some products, like shampoo and shower gel. Also, instead of a regular glass to put toothbrash and toothpaste, they had a coffee cup. Minor things in general.

The location was absolutely perfect, right next to the station. The staff was polite and helpful, the room was small but convinient and the view from the large window was charming. Check-in and check-out were super easy.

Breakfast was really boring, there should be something special like waffles or pankakes so you are looking forward to it and you are in the mood for booking a breakfast again. The air condition in the room is tou noisy.
