Room rate is too high. They charge for luggage storage if you ask to leave your bag until you get your key to the room... It was never happened to me in other places all around the world!

The breakfast wasn’t that great. It costs 95dkk, and they have 2 types of salami, 1 type of cheese, multiple types of bread, croissants, jams and butter, yogurt, very few fruits and boiled eggs

Nothing major. I would book again here. The duvets were not the best, the room was very far from the lift.

The hotel is just essential. No facilities like a kettle or similar, no place to put your stuff in, no towel to step out of the shower... Some hangers, a table, a couple of chairs: that's it. You even have to pay to leave your luggage at the property while waiting for the check-in time.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean enough (not perfect but totally acceptable). The location is excellent: 6-7 minutes to a couple of metro stations (all the lines), 20-30 min on foot at most to virtually any point in the city center. Several supermarkets and restaurants are within a 5 minute walk. I didn't try the breakfast but it seemed excellent value for money.

super locatie - very close to the Nyhavn - we enjoy the staying with friends very much . few stepts away . right in the corner , we had the last glas of the evening . location is great , easy to acces even if u come by car or by train. very clean and the b-fast is great . we will be back soon :)

Room was too small. Breakfast buffet was not great compared to going to a bakery outside the hotel. Overall value was not good for the cost.

I feel like everything met our expectations. The hotel was a good price for the area, and was exactly as advertised. The rooms are on the smaller side, but this didn't hinder our experience at all. I honestly don't have any complaints.

The room was very clean and there was just enough space for the two of us. This hotel also offered air conditioning, which is not always the case with hotels in the area. We were very grateful for this as the days that we spent in Copenhagen were pretty warm. The hotel is in an excellent location. It is very easy to get to many of the well- known sights that Copenhagen has to offer. There were great restaurants and cafes located close by as well.

Little pricey for a basic hotel (worth it to us for the Central location). Fairly thin mattress which may be a problem for some people.

Location is fantastic, 5-10 minute walks to Nyhavn and Rosenborg Castle, 10 minute walk to the nearest metro stop. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Comfortable lobby area with couches. Very powerful and hot shower. Very reliable WiFi.

The only hiccup for me was that I need a hot drink in the morning, in other words, a kettle. I can provide the coffee/tea and milk but a kettle would have been very welcome.

Rooms are small, no getting away from that. BUT, they are very well designed, very easy to use and if you are organised then they work well. Might be a bit challenging for a couple!

Although the bedroom was comfortable, it was a bit on the small size, and we didn't really like the translucent bathroom.

The bedroom was comfortable, and the staff extremely helpful. Loved the fact that we could rent bikes from the hotel; we spent a day discovering Copenhagen by bike, which was really great fun ! (You need a few minutes to get used to lots of bikes everywhere though!)

The hotel is perfectly located for tourists who want to walk around Copenhagen and see the best of the city. The room was excellent and shows you what can be done with a small space. We had no complaints!

Room a little basic no coffee making facilities and had to climb over my wife if I wanted the toilet in the middle of the night, but that’s my only minor complaint.

Superb location, room was very clean, shower worked well with hot water whenever it was used. Staff were friendly on check in. For the value for money price with sights and hop on hop off bus stop near by makes this hotel well worth a stay.

First time the card to enter my room was not well activated so back and forth with my luggage through the hotel The elevator only works with the room card so.. never forget it The bed blanket is not very large, not european usual size. Beware if tall

Excellent location, clean accommodation, modern and fresh facilities. Very small room but they dealt with the size in quite an innovative way. I wouldn't recommend this accommodation for long stays, but for a couple of days it's great.
