The room was a little on the small side for two people. It’s fine if you are spending most of the day out and about though. It was also quite warm, even though the outside temperatures weren’t very high. There isn’t any aircon and you can’t open the windows.

The location is great - very central and near lots of the main sightseeing areas in this wonderful city. The road the hotel is on is fairly quiet though, so everything felt very calm. The hotel is very modern and bright. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and very good value compared to standard Copenhagen prices.

-could never speak to staff as always had long queues. Not sure why as there’s self check in -very disappointed that we couldn’t leave our luggage as very limited lockers that were full and queue was really long so couldn’t ask -toilets are sliding door and you WILL hear anyone else in room using the toilet -limited storage

-great location -great price compared to other hotels in area -very basic but clean rooms -easy self checkin/out -air con -comfortable pillows and bedding

A good hotel overall, nice and clean bedrooms (even if small), nice staff and excellent location. The only suggestion that i'd like to make is about advertising better the fact that you have to ask in advance if you want your room to be cleaned (and before 10 p.m.)

- note that the rooms are microscopically small Well and modern layout but just tiny. Bathroom glazed door and walls so if you like to take an epic shiet, not ideal.

You have to order the cleaning of the room. Usually it is common that every day the room is cleaned. The room and the bed was very small for two persons.

Rooms were very clean and modern. The lobby downstairs and the breakfast buffet. Even that we can order drinks at the reception. They were friendly.

no cattle in the room. Luggage storage is for payment (when you are a quest and then paying money for luggage storage means that not enough respect to from the hotel administration). Respect shall be shown in the details, every quest is special - remember about that, please 😉

It would be great if they have working desks in the lobby for people who work remotely. Otherwise, great value for the price.

elevators were slow and always packed. mattres slide of constantly. the common area is not fun like in other hostels. there are no activities or bar or anything.

Perfect for solo travellers. The room might be a little too small for 2 people though. Great location, clean & modern. Easy access to Nyhaven and Strøget on foot. Just about 15 minutes from/to the airport. Great choice if you would visit Copenhagen for the 1st time.

When the doors to the rooms close they slam, loudly. every time a gust entered or left their room, it was very loud. It woke me up many times. The air condition seemed old.

The location is simply perfect. Easy check in and check out process. And it was clean.

Rooms are small, difficult for person by the window to get out of the bed. But we knew that before we booked and it was a perfect base
